This is the second trip to Ireland that Jon has booked for me. Our first trip was 4 years ago. I had the opportunity to go again, and there was no doubt in my mind who I needed to contact. Jon does an amazing job!

Jon is an excellent travel agent. My wife slipped on the gangway in Vienna, Austria, and broke her right fibula. Jon went over and above to help us get home safely, arranged transportation from O'Hare home, and even called our Orthopedist to set up an appointment. She is helping settle the expenses we incurred after the accident.

Jon is a truly amazing travel agent. She is very dedicated to her job and I have complete confidence in her making our travel arrangements. Whenever I send a text or email to her, she responds always on the same day. I have never experienced this with any other agent in years past. On our last trip, we and two other couples changed our minds about an all inclusive resort in Punta Cana that we were going to and Jon handled the changes that needed to be made to another resort in Punta Cana very quickly and efficiently. Just recently she made all the arrangements for another trip to Punta Cana next February on the same day we were leaving for a Costa Rica trip. She also made the reservations for our friends for this trip on the same day. Everything was booked within a matter of minutes. Then, while we were in Costa Rica, four more of our friends that were in Costa Rica with us decided they wanted to go to Punta Cana also, so I texted her and within a half hour, she had their reservations set up and booked also. They were amazed how quickly she responded and set things up. If I have any questions about anything regarding our travels, she ALWAYS gets back to me the same day. Gulliver's Travel is so fortunate to have an employee like her. We recently went on a 15 day Ireland adventure. Jon took care of all the details from airline tickets, hotel reservations, personal driver, excursion tickets, food recommendations, transfers and answered all of our questions. Jon went above and beyond in helping straighten out an issue with my friend’s birthdate on the airline itinerary not matching her passport. She immediately made contacts to make sure we had no issues. This was all done during not regular working hours and she made it clear that she would be available to help us whenever needed. This is what having an exceptional travel agent is all about! Gave us great peace of mind. She has also always responded in a very timely manner whenever I text her with a question. Jon is an absolute angel. She has all of the best tips, helpful advice and the best recommendations. She's able to work with as many, or as little, details that you give. Jon, is there for us through the whole trip. From making sure you get the best seats on the plane to getting through Customs as quickly as possible. She double checks for special occasions to make sure you get any extra added hotel benefits/upgrades. She really wants to make sure you enjoy your time away.
