Kim was very helpful with everything for our trip. From getting us transportation to and from the airport as well as between our Disney and Universal hotels. She walked us through all of it step by step before we left. She helped explain and showed us how to use the app to our advantage. How to book things and find anything that we may need. She was in constant contact with us. Helping us plan what our days should looks like and how we can get a dinning plan to help us cut costs on food. There was some confusion on how to get to the Ohana breakfast as it was not thoroughly explained that we should not have gone into Magic Kingdom as the boat and monorail that we could take to get to the breakfast was outside the entrance to the park. We did get it figured out but a little more guidance would have been appreciated. Overall our experience was fantastic and Kim was amazing. We would definitely go to her again and recommend her to others.

Stress Free vacation

Wonderful stress free cruise

The Aulani in Oahu Exceeded Expectations

My family of 4 was very excited to plan our week long summer vacation to the Disney Resort on Oahu, the Aulani. We had heard great things and were anxious to vacation here. Kim was recommended to me from another friend who had planned her Disney trip with her. We gave Kim our lists of requests and she did not disappoint. One of my children is disabled and we had some special requests. Kim was very helpful in assisting us with our requests and the Aulani staff was super helpful as well. Our room could not have been in a more perfect location for our son. She reminded us of when restaurant reservations timelines came up and assisted with those reservations. She also set up the driver from the airport and back which was really nice as we opted not to rent a car. The Aulani is a perfect hotel for families. It’s really a beautiful spot with everything you could ever need. Lots of beautiful pools to keep the kids entertained, great food, and the best beach for children.

CA Disney done right

We crammed three parks into three days, rode everything and didn't miss anytyhing. Kim made the trip easy by teaching us how to use the Disney App, giving us suggestions one where and what to do first to maximize our time. Her descriptions of all the rides and lines was spot on. She provided excellent direction for Universal Studios, without her, we would have never been able to do everything we wanted to in the days we had available.

Kim is absolutely the best travel agent!! She took time to meet with us in person and answered any questions we had. She was asked to plan a BIG family trip to Disney World in just 2 months! She provided all the ins and outs of the vacation and did exactly what we asked her to do which was plan it as if she were going and give us all the info on what to do. This was our first trip to Disney and we honestly had the best time. If Kim hadn’t done all the work for us and given us the itinerary we wanted, I’m not sure this would have gone as well as it did. I would definitely use Kim again for future travel needs!

Kim always goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to lift a finger for your planning. If something needs to be booked at midnight or 6 AM, she will handle it and you will wake up to the trip of a lifetime booked. Kim was amazing!! We have always just gone with the flow and not worried about any extras, but Kim was very thorough and had great recommendations to make our Babymoon amazing! We were able to get tickets for Mickeys not so scary Halloween party ON HALLOWEEN! Very much worth the cost for us! The Fantasmic dinner package was also great!!
