She had hit a stone wall and was unable to book the room herself. I searched and searched until I finally found availability for what she was looking for. My client was, needless to say, ecstatic.

And because I love to travel, I also have experience in and personal knowledge of many different destinations, and so I'm able to help others see the world without having to endure the hassle of researching and planning their own trip. I will also be your advocate during your trip if things should go wrong. Flight canceled? As your travel agent, I will work tirelessly to find the most effective solution to your travel problems. And, finally, I can help you with any issues that might arise after your travels. I really strive to enjoy more than a one-and-done relationship with my clients. And that means ensuring that the vacation I plan for you is as near perfect as possible.

I also believe that education and staying current on what is going on in the travel industry is very important. That's why I have attended numerous training events and completed many courses, including:
