Family and Friends Group Travel

Airline changes had me very nervous due to the removal of very important fights. Alana jumped on rebooking and set up a great alternative. She communicated well all changes and confirmed as time allowed. So pleased she was guiding us through the experience. The boat and tours were awesome!

Alana booked our round-trip flights from New Orleans to Muscat, Oman. She found us flights with Etihad Airline that included business class seats. She found reasonably priced seats. Although the price did not include lounge access, the cost of paying for lounge access when we got to Abu Dhabi was very affordable. Alana advised us to get the less expensive tickets and buy lounge access for our layover. This worked out very well. We recommend her travel services. She is easy to work with and knows her business.

Alana coordinated our (14 people) travel to France. That was her easier job. Some traveled to Italy and others returned home after that week in France. Alana, helped get some of us home and worked to coordinate excursions for the group visiting Italy and then get them home. It was so nice knowing that she made our travels stress free so we could enjoy our new sights and experiences.

Have used Alana for multiple trips and all have been outstanding! What we have loved has been her knowledge of travel (vast!), her attention to detail (to the letter!), and she is your agent until you arrive back home! She watches everything: flights, hotels, airport transfers, every detail, and keeps you informed along the way. Every trip has been painless and I will trust her again and again.

Alana provided excellent service and thoroughly researched the expedition cruise to provide us exactly what she thought we'd enjoy. We are not normally cruisers but, since this is the only way to get to Antarctica, we had to cruise. She found an excellent ship with perfect amenities and a variety of lectures and expeditions every day. Alana has booked numerous vacations for us and she has gotten to know our likes and dislikes in detail. She uses this knowledge to always prepare the perfect trip for us and does it within our budget. We highly recommend her for any travel.
