The best! Makes traveling seemless. Makes great recommendations and tackles obstacles and trip changes quickly. Arranged transportation for all transfers and excursions. We have taken 4 trips with Kathy and Jen. Wouldn’t travel any other way now.

Destination Wedding & Honeymoon!

We were planning our destination wedding (The Big Island) and called Kathy and Jennifer as they are in our area, we had never used a travel agent before, so we scheduled a telephone meet and greet. Next thing you know we had our entire trip booked. Kathy and Jennifer were very timely with their responses and always answered all of our questions. They even went out of their way on several occasions to help find us information regarding pretty much anything I asked for.... as this was my wedding and honeymoon they helped ease a lot of my anxiety. We had over 30+guest and they helped them as well. Our first class flight was cancelled because of fog and Kathy and Jennifer helped (pretty much did all the work) to get us reimbursed! We will continue using them in the future and give them two thumbs up!

We have had such great service from Kathy and Jennifer with planning several trips with Viking Cruises. Being total novices to any travel beyond the US and Canada, our first trip to Europe for a Viking River Cruise in 2019 was great fun & relaxing! All our pre-cruise concerns were well taken care of with the great customer concern and service provided by these wonderful agents. Our flights were arranged for our comfort and satisfaction and they got us an excellent stateroom. Upon return we began working with them to book Viking Ocean cruises. When the Covid pandemic hit and, between cancellations by Viking and a couple by us due to various related concerns, our agents patiently stuck with us. Group Cruise deftly and timely helped us work with Viking to cancel and rearrange plans and flights several times. We are now booked for at least one journey in 2023 and have a voucher for another as yet to be determined! We recommend these agents wholeheartedly for your travel desires!

These ladies are PHENOMENAL to work with. We took a cruise in September to Canada and used them as our agents. They made the process and booking so easy, they really work for you! This was our first cruise, they made the experience so easy and enjoyable I will be booking all my cruises through them. They also made me trust travel agents. Do yourself a favor and use these ladies to book your next adventure, you will not regret it.
