Joy is very pleasant to work with. This was the second cruise she has booked for us. Her knowledge and attention to detail is really great. We booked this cruise early. she continued to monitor it and found a cabin and fare that better met out needs at a better rate. She was able to pass that on to us. She met our every need and made suggestions on meeting needs we did not even know we had.
It is obvious that she enjoys being a travel agent and that emotion carries over to working with people.

This was to be a special and important trip for us, and it turned out to be everything we had hoped. Joy helped us select the type of trip that would be just right for us, and then stayed with us throughout the entire process, before and even during the trip. When an unexpected illness during our trip threatened our travels, Joy remained in contact and offered her support. As it turned out, we hardly missed out on a thing!
There was an additional portion of our trip that we decided to plan on our own. While we still built some wonderful memories during that time, we would probably have avoided some "speed bumps" had we used a professional travel advisor for that portion, as well.
Bottom line - we are 100% satisfied and would recommend Joy to anyone wishing to plan their dream vacation!

The Carnival Valor out of New Orleans Port was EXCELLENT! Joy Oufnac was GREAT! She arranged our Cruise along with the stay in a hotel the night before departure!
Joy was attentive and responded quickly to emails; she had all the answers to my barrage of questions (my husband and I have not been on a cruise in over 40 years!) regarding the overnight stay in NOLA and specifics about the cruise!; I would recommend using Joy for any travel needs you have!

Girl Trip

My mom, sister, sister-in-law, and I wanted to plan a fun getaway to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I was referred to Joy from a neighbor who went there earlier this year. Joy was easy to work with, was able to answer all of our questions, and provided us with a variety of hotel offerings while we sifted through exactly what we wanted out of this vacation. She also helped book an electric scooter for my mom to help her get around. Even more, the second half of our trip coincided with Hurricane Milton. Joy was able to work with Universal to re-arrange our tickets and hotel to ensure we were able to complete our must do list in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley and still make it back home safely. Family Christmas fun!

This was our first trip to Universal Orlando and Joy thought of every detail to help our trip go wonderfully smooth! We stayed on the Universal property and loved being able to walk to the park and use the express passes! Joy booked us several holiday experiences that sell out quickly, made dining reservations and booked our airport transportation. It really was the best trip I've ever had

I was overwhelmed when trying to plan our family's first Disney World trip. Joy made it all so easy, and it was a pleasure working with her! We stayed at the Coronado Springs hotel and it was SO beautiful! Joy recommended that we stay in the tower, and I'm so glad that we did. We had such an amazing trip that I missed it for months afterwards, and now we're planning another one!
