Disney World Trip

Amy was amazing! She handled everything from booking our resort, ordering our Magic Bands and getting our tickets for the parks. She even very kindly and efficiently cancelled and re-booked our park tickets when we changed our itinerary around!! She is a pleasure to deal with!!

A beautiful 50th anniversary bucket list HIT!!

Amy was a perfect planner for our trip. She listened carefully to specific desires and requests regarding excursions and daily activities. She planned everything from our air and rental car needs to wonderful hotel and cabin accommodations. She even researched nonexcursion activities for us to explore on our own. And gave great restaurant recommendations. She kept us informed and updated regarding conditions in our travel areas. When our flight home was delayed, Amy arranged for an alternate flight that we were able to meet. Now that’s service above and beyond!

Trip of a lifetime!

There is no way we could’ve had such a trouble free experience without Amy’s help! Our 10 day journey at WDW, and all their parks, were the best times we’ve ever had…and I didn’t have to do the research! I told Amy we had 5 generations going on this trip, from an infant to two grandparents in their 80’s and 90’s. I was so confused over ‘passes’, dining plans, places to stay and eat to please all of us and she was AWESOME. I just told her what we wanted/needed, told her our tentative budget, and she came back with great information and plans that even I could understand! After tweaking it a couple of times for money and age related issues, we had the perfect vacation lined up and all we had to do was GO!! We only had one hiccup the whole trip (no fault of hers) but a quick phone call to her and we were back in business in 10 minutes…I’ll never travel again without using THIS travel agent for sure, and she’s FREE! Thanks again Amy…we may make this an annual trip now!
