Ashley helped us plan our vacation to Universal Studios for spring break. She was so helpful from the very early planning stages all the way to the end. We've had such positive interactions for trips in the past booking through Ashley that when it was time to plan an all-inclusive trip with my daughter to celebrate her high school graduation, I knew there was only one person to ask for help. Ashley went above and beyond in providing options that fit our requests. And she was SO flexible and understanding when I asked to switch resorts after everything had been planned, finding a resort that was even better than the original. We ended up in a beautiful resort in the Dominican Republic and had a wonderful time. I really appreciated the organized travel documents and details included for our transport to/from the airport.
