Sarah made booking our trip so easy. In the past we have booked our own trips to Mexico but she was able to book it at a better price and using her took away all the stress of booking flights etc. She answered any questions we had and was very quick to respond to emails. Absolutely amazing trip!

We booked a Disney cruise through Sarah! She was amazing to work with. I am a person with a million questions and she was always willing to answer them without ever making me feel like I was a pain. She had wonderful communication. She was easy to get a hold and we always got prompt reply's when needed. She got me great information on excursions so I knew exactly what would fit the needs of our family. We made a last minute change on transportation to and from the airport and she got it taken care of right away. We had a fantastic trip without any surprise thanks to her detailed planning! Our Biggest Vacation Yet!

Amazing honeymoon!

Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so helpful when booking our honeymoon. We had very vague ideas on what we wanted and she helped us pick a resort that was perfect for us! Not only did she do a great job with planning, she helped us right away with problems that we had when getting home. We ended up being delayed coming home which caused us to miss our connecting flight and she made the normally very stressful situation very easy for us. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to book a trip. We will definitely be coming back to her for our next one!

My husband and I are not seasoned travelers, so we really trusted Sarah's advice while planning our honeymoon. There are so many resorts to choose from in Mexico that we were overwhelmed trying to do it ourselves. She simplified the process by figuring out what was most important to us and selecting a few resorts that best fit our wants. She made the process so easy! There was also an issue with our flight being canceled. I reached out to Sarah that Saturday afternoon for help, and without hesitation she stepped in and booked us new flights that day. She saved the trip!!

We will not plan a trip without Sarah by our side!! We have planned 2 trips with Those Who Wander and they were both amazing and organized!! Sarah takes the time to go above and beyond, making sure to get the most out of our trip. Always considerate about prices and staying within budget. She sends us an itinerary with helpful hints and ideas for our travels to each specific place. She checks in and you can tell she wants your vacation to be on point – which it has been each time. Her response time in communication is one to admire, I have contacted her day, night, weekday, weekend, She responds back within minutes EVERYTIME!! If she doesn’t know the answer (Which was only one time about a shuttle regulation), she responds back and letting us know she is on it, we had an answer within an hour. There are many more examples I can give of how amazing her service was to us in a very exciting time!! Thank you Sarah – You definitely made our vacations special!!

Had a Blast in Boston

Sarah found us a fabulous central location for our trip to Boston, right on Copley Square. We could see the finish line of the Boston Marathon from our hotel room. Boston is the "walking city" and we were in the perfect spot to easily get to everything we wanted to see/do. She was able to arrange our travel and lodging at a much more affordable rate than we ever would have been able to find ourselves. She was quickly available when we had questions and even text us reminders to check into our flights! We are very pleased and will definitely be contacting Sarah for our next trip!

Best Honeymoon Ever!

Sarah was so great to work with! Planning our honeymoon felt like an overwhelming process, but Sarah made it so much easier for us. I threw a lot of options at her and she gave me tons of different options for all of the places we wanted to potentially visit and she also stayed in our price range which we really appreciated. She sent us a packet a few weeks before travel with a check list of things to buy before traveling to our destination, which is specific to the place you go. We also received a copy of our flights and the resort address, with instructions. She also sent us luggage tags which was super awesome! We will defiantly be planning more trips with Sarah and were so thankful that we had her to help us along the way! We had the best honeymoon!!

Honeymoon

Sarah was so helpful when it came to booking our honeymoon. I was very overwhelmed with all the options and places we could travel for our honeymoon. Sarah took the time to find out what we were looking for and places that we were interested in and put together information on different resorts and rooms that fit our budget. My husband and I have never used a travel agent before, but now we will never go back to booking on our own. Sarah took care of all the different bookings and made all the paperwork super easy. She checked in during the planning process and when we were getting ready to leave to see if we needed anything and then followed up when we got back from our honeymoon. Aruba Honeymoon

I found Sarah on facebook, and not going to lie, I was a little nervous at first. I've never met her in person and felt crazy to trust her. Well, I'm glad I did! She made our honeymoon to Aruba a trip to remember! She didn't have a lot of information on Aruba initially, but she went through a ton of trouble to find it all. She asked other travel agents about Aruba and researched a ton. She also tried pricing matching a million different times for us. She provided support and information throughout the whole process. She also was available for us if we needed her during our trip, luckily nothing went wrong so we didn't need her! Our trip was absolutely amazing, and we are already looking at new destinations to book with Sarah!

Sarah is hands down the best travel agent & I cannot recommend her enough! Her communication is amazing, and her attention to detail is above and beyond. We had to reschedule and completely rebook our honeymoon due to COVID and Sarah was on the ball throughout the entire process! She found us the best deals and was transparent.
She was always reaching out sending updates and answering any questions or concerns we had. She even answered airline questions that weren’t related to our trip.

Sarah was excellent! She was very helpful, very prompt in response to questions. She gave us several options in destination places. She even added a day after our original booking. She was very willing to get us exactly what we wanted in a trip. Our flight was delayed and we needed to arrange for a later pick up from the airport as well as notify our hotel of or late arrival. We emailed Sarah and within minutes, she had it all arranged. We will be contacting Sarah for future trips!

First Family Vacation

Sarah helped us plan an international trip with our one and four year old and we had a fantastic time! Things went well with our little ones and that was in part because Sarah listened to our preferences and thoughts and then gave advice and options for a trip based on our needs and wants. The resort we stayed at (Fiesta Americana in Cancun) was a great fit for us for a trip like this. We had a problem arise on our end the night before our trip was to start and even though Sarah was on vacation herself at the time she was able to guide us with options quickly. We are so incredibly grateful to Sarah and Those Who Wander Travel for our amazing vacation to Cancun. When leaving Omaha for Cancun our flights were completely canceled 6 hours before our flight due a storm in Dallas the day before.
Sarah spent countless hours on hold with the airline getting our flights changed and re-arranged. She answered all of my texts, calls, and emails immediately and stayed in constant communication with me as we navigated these travel challenges. She worked around the clock to make sure our vacation was perfect. Like Sarah has said before “she can’t control the airlines but she knows what she knows and she will do everything in her power to make it right”. A few things I have learned from this vacation:
1. Always use a travel agent, specially Sarah
2. Make sure you get travel insurance (thank god we did!)
3. Have patience

Honeymoon with flight issues

We booked our honeymoon to Jamaica through Sarah, and are so thankful we did. After a flight cancellation, Sarah was prompt to sit on hold with the airlines for 3 HOURS and get us on another airline with NO ADDITIONAL COST to us. On top of this, the communication leading up to the trip was amazing and we were well prepared with all the documents we needed. We have booked before with Sarah and this was our first time trying all inclusive. We usually do luxury resorts but Sarah ensured us this specific resort would meet our needs and she was right. The all inclusive was great. Dinners were exceptional! Breakfast, poolside, and lunch were more of what you would expect from any all inclusive, but dinners were really great. We also really loved the kids club programming. We haven't had that on vacation before and both the kids and us enjoyed the options available. We always appreciate Sarah's help!

Our trip was unfortunately filled with weather disruptions and Sarah saved the day. She changed our flights while we were in the air to make sure we could get to our destination on time. 30th anniversary in Italy

We just returned from the most amazing well planned trip we booked through Sarah Kanter from Those Who Wander Travel! We spent two weeks in Italy for our 30 year wedding anniversary! I have never booked with an agent but I will definitely be booking with Sarah again! Honestly I wouldn't change anything! The resort was amazing, the flights weren't bad, and the transportation to the resort was amazing.
The location was great, all the staff were polite and helpful as well. We did so much while being there. We went snorkeling, horseback rising on the beach, I went parasailing, we swan with dolphins, took pictures with sea lions, jet skiing, got tattoos at an amazing shop on the boardwalk called "Blessings" which was super clean, we had a mariachi sing to us while we ate by the ocean, and we got massages on the beach as well. All the other guests were respectful.

The transfers were all great! Kind people!!! Felt safe.
Hotels were great location Paris hotel was small. But you’re hardly there. It was what we needed. For location. Sorrento hotel was amazing. Felt like a resort. If you didn’t want to leave. It was great food and service. Private tours were amazing.

Phenomenal Vacation

Sarah deserves a ton of credit for making it a phenomenal vacation. Having never worked with a travel agent before, she were patient, thoughtful, and insightful. We didn’t even really know where we wanted to travel! Yet, she listened carefully, then sent out some great options to get the ball rolling in the right direction. She helped us plan excursions, and we appreciated the “What to Bring” document she mailed to us a couple weeks before if was time to fly to Jamaica. Her communication speed was VERY impressive. We never had to wait very long for a response to our 1,000 questions. We would not have pulled the trigger on this dream vacation without her guidance, advice, and support-----it’s that simple.

We are happy we planned such a big trip with Sarah as we could have never organized it all to go that smoothly from transportation to and from the airport and so on. I remember early one a few friends telling me I would have saved money if I just booked everything myself. However, I would have paid even more to have no stress on a vacation like this. Because, things can happen and flights, bookings, and so much more can change. The peace of mind is priceless on a trip that has this much travel! Perfect Honeymoon

Sarah helped us plan the most perfect honeymoon. She gave us so many options of where we could go and kept narrowing them down until she found one that fit what we wanted. Sarah was great to work with! We booked our vacation at the beginning of the COVID pandemic and she was very helpful from the start.
I’m very glad we used Sarah to book our trip. About 2 weeks before our vacation the CDC changed the guidelines for traveling outside of the U.S. and required COVID testing to fly. Sarah worked very quickly to figure out what all of the new guidelines meant for us prior to flying. She even helped us change resorts to a better resort a couple days before we flew. The new resort had on-site COVID testing and free stay if we tested positive. This saved us a lot of money and stress!

Traveling Fairy Godmother

Sarah is the freaking best, if you need a traveling fairy godmother- shes your girl!! Sarah has helped us plan and also taken care of last minute international travel arrangements more than once and its been during the pandemic. She is amazing at checking in and always quick to figure out any questions or concerns you may have regarding literally anything. Traveling has been smooth and went off without a hitch every time even with the many flight cancellations and ever changing restrictions in so many countries- she takes care of it all so there is very little stress involved.
