Best 2nd Honeymoon Ever!

From the beginning of planning our vacation (2nd honeymoon) , Jarod was professional, timely, and overall great to work with. He made sure we were informed about our options and made sure we were choosing what was right for us rather than just trying to make a sale. My husband and I appreciated how timely Jarod was with responding to emails and even having in depth phone conversations about our vacation. Once we started the process of purchasing everything, Jarod was so informative of what paperwork/procedures we needed to go through to make sure we were ready for our vacation. Even while traveling during COVID, Jarod made sure to touch base on health information/routines we would need to be aware of.

First Cruise EVER and it was a hit!!!

We had an amazing cruise with no little surprises, as Jarod walked us through everything involved, and had a great "itinerary" set up for us, according to our likes. Jarod went above and beyond the standard travel agent duties for us. We had questions that required Jarod to make some inquiries. He did not hesitate one bit and it made the trip really fantastic.
