Amazing Alaska/Yukon Adventure!

This was our bucket list trip! Actually, I found Michelle on YouTube because we were interested in going on a Cruise Tour to Alaska/Yukon. After watching her videos for the Holland America Y5L tour, I knew this was what my husband and I wanted to do. I checked with several area travel agents, but none of them understood what a cruise/tour was with Holland America. They all said, " You need to do the 7-day cruise and then the land portion." I got somewhat frustrated. So I reached out to Michelle. She was a blessing to work with. In this day and age, everything is handled online anyway; that was the beauty of it, me being in PA and her in FL. Michelle responded quickly to all the questions I had. She informed me of the options for excursions, meal plans, and insurance. What I valued most was that she took this trip herself and understood how everything was planned. We started in Anchorage with the McKinley Train to Denali & Denali National Park (saw 2 grizzly), then took a bus/coach to Fairbanks with a riverboat tour included. The next day FLEW to Dawson City for a couple of days, which included Dredge 4. Next, took a bus/coach to White Horse on the Klondike Highway (cool... a good portion was a dirt road). From there traveled to Skagway (including the White Pass Train Excursion) and got on the Koningsdam for a 4-night cruise. In the end, the trip was absolutely fabulous, even better than we expected. We enjoyed the land portion the most. We were first-time cruisers, so it was out of our comfort zone. Holland America knows what they are doing!
I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone for their travel needs. She was consistent in sending us up-to-date information as we got closer to the trip, with tips and tricks that helped us plan.

Celebrity Apex (Celebrity Issues, No Michelle Issues)

Michelle provided all the information needed to have a nice cruise. Even with a weather challenge at Grand Cayman, with a change of location for docking, Michelle made sure everyone understood what was going on and kept everyone information of the set back. We got a late start, but spirits were high and the group had a great outing (excursion).

Bermuda

We went to Bermuda with our daughter and son and their spouses. Michelle was very helpful in choosing the right cabin for us and answering questions we had about excursions. She was always available for questions. The country was beautiful and we went on the glass bottom boat, swam at Horseshoe Bay, went up the Gibb's Hill Lighthouse and explored the island. There is so much to do!!
