My husband and I reached out to Joe when we started to plan our honeymoon. We had a general idea of where we wanted to go but we weren’t dead set on anything. Joe took the time to give us quotes for numerous locations and when we narrowed it down to St. Lucia he found us the perfect room at Sandals Regency La Toc with butler service. When we checked in our butler even told us we had the best room on the entire property, with the sun rising over our private pool and setting right outside our front door. On top of the amazing location Joe also gave us the best deal - better than anything we had seen online during our own search. We didn’t have to worry about a thing - Joe did it all and made it 100% stress free. We will never plan another vacation without JBL travel!

Let me start by saying, out of all the vacations I have been on this was easily the best one. I just returned to the states from Mexico a trip we (my wife and I) booked back in 2016/2017. The story goes like this, we put trust in JBL Travel Group to make a beautiful vacation happen in the most stress free way possible. I hate to make a long story short but that is exactly what they did. you know COVID-19 ruined all plans for any trips. Being that our wedding date was supposed to be May 2020 that never happened. Without missing a beat, JBL Travel jumped right on it. Got in touch with the resort made sure our rooms stayed reserved, and transferred the 2019 rates over to 2020/21 in addition to MANY and I mean MANY other things. (to name a few) They coordinated transportation, excursions, comps, upgrades and managed to get us a upgrade to a more expensive block of rooms than we had not booked.

I have booked several vacations with JBL Travel, Joe is detail oriented and is always available to assist with any of my travel needs. As a single woman traveling alone I know I’m in good hands with Joe and Sue. They are very knowledgeable and are the best in the business! I wouldn’t trust my vacation plans with anyone else!!
