We have booked cruises with Diane 3 times. Every time without issues and great advise! Diane has many years of experience booking/planning for others and traveling herself and knows the ins and outs. Our last trip was cancelled twice due to Covid and Diane was super helpful in helping us reschedule and or cancel. Don't know what I would have done without her!

My goal was to go to all 50 states by the age of 50, and I made it! I saved the best for last - Hawaii. My husband and I wanted to go to on a cruise, so we could explore all 4 of the popular islands. We had never been on a cruise, so I contacted Diane for help in the planning. Her initial response was fast and continued that way throughout the whole planning process. I had many questions for her, and she was always quick to respond. She helped us find a helicopter tour in Kauai that was the highlight of the trip as well as a tour of Pearl Harbor that were separate excursions from the cruise. I appreciated her knowledge and expertise in planning the trip of a lifetime!

Diane was wonderful to work with. She is extremely thorough and has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the places we inquired about. She made adjustments to our trip to accommodate all of our requests and was always available to answer our questions (including Christmas Eve right before we left). She checked in with us as she kept an eye on our flights; which was comforting to us since it was our first international trip. We look forward to booking more trips and using Diane as our travel agent.

Romantic Maui Vow Renewal Trip

Diane has booked several trips for us over the years- both domestic and international trips. She is very knowledgeable and takes care of ALL the details. She keeps track of all the timelines and made sure we were aware of them. She also gave us helpful suggestions on how to travel more efficiently and get through the airport lines more quickly. Earlier this year she arranged a trip to Maui for 7 of us. Not only did she arrange all the transportation details and found us 2 beautiful condos in Kihei (that we would absolutely go back to again), but she also found us a terrific wedding planner on Maui that planned a lovely vow renewal ceremony on the beach at sunset. Every detail was covered, and we had a fabulous trip. I would definitely use Diane for all our travel needs - in fact we're working with her on another trip right now.

Diane was very knowledgeable about Australia so I felt confident in the plans she helped us with. Diane answered all of our questions in the months leading up to the trip. She was invaluable on our day of travel when bad weather required us to travel via different cities. Our goal was to make our long 16 hour flight and we did! Diane provided alternate flight numbers out of different cities. This was so helpful when trying to find help in the airport. She even asked us to let her know we had made the flight despite the time of day for her.

Diane has planned several trips with me over the years and has always been amazing! My best friend and I decided we wanted to go on a European trip to celebrate college graduation. I told Diane the idea of where we wanted to go, and price range around 8 months in advance. We corresponded back and forth and watched flight trends for pricing. We booked the flights, hotels, tickets for cathedrals and train travel in advance. Our destinations were barcelona, Venice, Florence, Rome, and Capri. Diane made what would’ve been a very difficult trip to plan a breeze. She was available to answer any questions we had, and knowledgeable about the locations. My best friend and I had the time of our lives, and we owe it all to her!

Covid Vacation

Diane was wonderful to work with, especially given our trip was originally planned for France. She had given us so much good advice from her experience in France and booked our dream trip. Then Covid 19 hit. She helped us postpone it once but then we had to make new plans or delay it for a year. After all the anticipation we wanted a vacation. So Diane helped us book Hawaii, until they extended their visitor quarantine. She then came up with St Lucia knowing we prefer warm weather and beaches but safety was a top priority. We had to test negative for Covid before we could depart but also register as a guest and bring our acceptance letters. Diane had contacts through the tourism industry and was able to expedite our approval letters. While excursions and shops were closed due to the virus we had a wonderful experience at the resort. The people were friendly, the food was delicious & the weather was perfect. Diane was sure to follow up with us after to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.
