Our annual ski trip started off on the wrong foot due to a canceled Delta flight at 6AM but April was there to save the day. Truly a 10/10 experience! The Inspira upgrade is 100% worth it - the private pool on the roof, private beach area, spa and Maria Dolores discounts all were used frequently. The room style was stunning and looked just like the pictures. The service was unmatched, the food was absolutely divine, and the property was STUNNING and spotless. We're already planning to go back within the next year or so!

Great recommendation! Dream Playa was probably the best all inclusive we have been to. A definite step above the others on all fronts. Easy to get to, not a mega hotel, plenty of room, no waiting, excellent pools/beaches, great food and staff was outstanding. Even room service was fast! Will likely go back. Thanks again!

April did an amazing job planning our trip, as usual. Knowing how my husband and I like to travel using local transit, she put us in the most ideal locations for hotels in each city center. On days she had us booked for day trips, it was perfectly scheduled to make sure we had our rest and still had our evenings. We loved every moment visiting the UK and Ireland thanks to her! Helicopter was 10/10, highly recommend, since the resort is at least an hour car ride. Our butlers were amazing and decorated our room for my birthday and were able to get us Sprite zero and Titos! Resort had plenty of food options and a fun night life. We really enjoyed the piano bar.

Trip was grand. Beautiful location, everything was convenient and located in a compact area, easy to walk everywhere. Restaurant selections were varied, and each one offered many delicious options. Staff was well trained and very friendly, always smiling and speaking. The guest rooms were very attractive, attention to detail of the entire resort was amazing. Definitely would recommend this resort.

April help me plan the perfect Hawaii trip for our anniversary. I had no idea where to start or what to look for but she guided me through the best spots and islands to visit for our first time. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day and April helped get everything from the flights, rental car etc. extended for an extra day. All I had to do was make one call to her and she did the rest within about an hour. Since then we have used her for a Vegas trip and plan to use her for all our upcoming trips in the future. She is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about different travel destinations.

We had a great time at Secrets Moxche! It was a wonderful resort, with plenty of gluten free options that April ensured there would be. I ended up meeting with the nutritionist at the resort, who helped plan my meals and gave me a food allergy card I could share with the kitchen staff. She did a great job planning our excursions and helping us out when we needed to find transport to one of our excursions. Would def recommend her to a friend!

I was very nervous to travel post COVID, especially since all the COVID requirements change, but April was made sure to answer all my questions and provide me with references and link. Our trip to Jamaica to celebrate our third wedding anniversary was the best trip of our lives. April helped us with a smaller vacation to the beach a few years ago, and we had such a good experience we decided to use her again.
