I have booked with Katie on my last 4 vacations, she is a great agent!! Katie is attentive and helpful during the whole process from initial planning to providing the final itinerary. I always state my budget and destination up front, and she provides me the best possible options. She is patient during the selection process, as I usually like to explore different dates and resorts. Katie always responds back in a timely manner, which is important for me. We generally go with the Delta Vacations to the Caribbean. We feel safe and comfortable with these packages. Delta provides the transfers, and there has always been an independent Delta representative at the resort to provide tips about the resort, plan excursions, and schedule transportation to airport for departure. I will be contacting Katie again when it is time for my next adventure!!

After many emails back and forth, we finally found a place to accommodate our group. She put us in a fabulous resort and was very easy to get to everything in the area. Katie was very patient with our multiple people and multiple emails/calls. Would use her again!
