Amazing Cruise!

A+ Agent Under Time Constraints

Stephanie has now made two LAST MINUTE arrangements for trips to Ireland.

She has made me feel like her only focus, her communication is spectacular, and her advice is perfect.

On my most recent trip, due to delays to Newark, we knew I would miss my flight to Dublin. While I was in the air between Denver and Newark, Stephane researched alternatives, making it much easier for me once I reached the customer service desk.

My arrival in Dublin was ultimately delayed by only a handful of hours.

All of her hotel selections in Dublin were excellent.

She found comfortable lodging in Belfast meeting both wishes of on-site parking and walking distance of The Botanic Gardens.

I will continue to recommend Stephanie to everyone I know and hope, one day, to actually give her months of notice to plan my next trip.

Our First Cruise!

This our first cruise. Stephanie was great throughout the whole process. She sent many emails and texts to make sure we were always up to dat with the ever changing COVID policies and protocols. She helped us book a hotel, arranged the shuttles, and made sure we had any and all the opportunities on and off the ship. We definitely will use her again!

We booked our first cruise with Stephanie. She was professional and prompt in planning the cruise. She had knowledge about everything as far as location and all of the cruise. Everything went smoothly and we are going to book another cruise with her this year!

The best Cruise ever!!

From the first time talking to Stephanie, she answered all my questions and more. She continuously made sure I understood all the emails I received from the cruise line and explained all the steps. When my cruise had a discount come up, she immediately called me and let me know. She explained the off ship excursions and gave me personal advice on what to pack and what to expect. Stephanie was absolutely outstanding and would be the only Travel agent I use and I have told everyone about her if they need a Travel agent.
