An Amazing Trip to Greece!!!

I would like to call my husband and myself avid travelers both in the states and abroad. My husband plans the route we take and I book all the transportation, hotels, and activities/excursions. However, when attempting to plan our Greece trip we found it extremely difficult to do, due to the transportation needs, hoping from island to island, and the time of year (since it was off season, not everything was up and running!), so we needed the assistance of a travel agent. Kristal was recommended to us by my sister and brother in law. Kristal was able to set an itinerary with most of our "wants" and connected us with tours, driver's, wonderful hotels, etc. We had been a bit too ambitious thinking we could hop from place to place with two night stays at each location. If we did that we would have felt like we were doing nothing but waiting for a plane or ferry and never feeling like we were on vacation!!! It was truly a wonderful trip and would highly recommend Kristal and her team to assist you with your travel plans!!

From the beginning with the planning and figuring out what we wanted out of a trip to her giving us the best options to choose from she did amazing. Once we had settled on a destination she took care of everything and walked us through all we had to take care of. The travel and checking in were seamless due to her planning and excellent service. A dream come true!

Punta Cana Anniversary Trip

A Trip down the Danube and more

It made it so easy to take our once in a lifetime trip down the Danube River from Munich to Budapest on AmaWaterways. Kristal was available not only while planning our trip, but also during it. Fabulous European Cruise

Italy trip of my dreams

My family and I just got back from Italy and it was the trip of our dreams! We got to go everywhere we wanted to in Italy but it never felt rushed or like we were doing too much! Kristal was flexible with us during planning as we had some people not be able to go. They planned all the way from excursions and hotel, flights, private transfers and dinner reservations. Family trip to Costa Rica

Kristal was able to help us book the trip with much ease. She took care of all aspects from flights to resort to transfers. She was able to get us a competitive price for our package. When we had a delayed / missed flight due to weather her office was on top of everything. Our transfer was canceled and rescheduled for the following day by her staff. They forwarded suggested hotels close to the airport for us to overnight. Plus was in direct contact with our resort that we would be arriving late. We couldn't ask for better communication and help during a stressful time. I would highly recommend Kristal for any travel needs.

A DREAM vacation made true in Jamaica with Kristal and Top Tier Travel Group!
After conquering infertility and our second child's first birthday, we escaped the winter blues and headed south to Jamaica for an 8 day all-inclusive retreat. Kristal and her assistant Lorraine were dedicated to every detail, from ensuring massage reservations to booking just the right beachfront cabana.
But more than knowing precisely the right resort, in the right location, just 15 minutes from an international airport, Kristal and her team knew how to navigate this destination with expert care.
We didn't know what to expect in customs, but thanks to a product Kristal recommended, we shaved 3 hours off our arrival in Montego Bay by purchasing a low cost product that was a HUGE time saver.

Kristal was so easy to work with, timely in her responses, and pleasant in her correspondence! We normally book all of our own trips but we wanted to try something different and not have to make ALL the decisions or stress about travel arrangements. A Memorable Anniversary Vacation

Kristal was very helpful from start to finish. In the beginning, she met with us to go over what our goals were for our 15 year anniversary. She came back with multiple options and helped us weigh the pros/cons of each. We were very happy with our travel arrangements and the all inclusive resort we stayed at in Jamaica. She was always willing to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use her again, and will recommend her to any friends/family planning a vacation!

A destination wedding trip to remember!

Kristal worked sometimes around the clock to help our wedding group as we traveled to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos (TCI). We began planning with Kristal a little under 2 years out of our wedding. She responded to inquiries and made changes as we needed when guests decided at varying times that they could attend our destination wedding.
