My husband and I took our our children and grandchildren ib a Disney Cruise to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. I have never been on a cruise and had no idea how and what to plan. Jennifer was outstanding at advising making arrangements!

Working with Jennifer made our family's 1st trip to Disney stree-free and absolutely magical. From the very first consultation phone call (which was easy to schedule), I felt comfortable with her level of knowledge and responsiveness. She offered fantastic suggestions without being pushy and was super-responsive to questions and concerns throughout the planning process. First, let me start by saying that I tried several people before having a conversation with a lady while getting my hair done. We were talking about Universal and how difficult it was to navigate the site with understanding. The lady pulled out her phone and referred me to Jennifer. She informed me that Jennifer was very knowledgeable and would be the perfect person to help with trying to book a trip to Universal Studios. I decided to reach out to Jennifer while sitting in the hair salon and within minutes she responded and from there I explained to her what I was trying to do and my budget. Jennifer sent me several options for my budget, but ultimately we narrowed it down to the VIP Experience at Universal. Had it not been for Jennifer's knowledge, professionalism, quick response, patience and her wanting to help me find a way, I don't know if my family would have ever had the AMAAAAZZZZING Experience we had doing the VIP Experience at Universal Studios Orlando.

We have been waiting decades to travel to Europe and when we finally made the decision to book it the first person I reached out to was Jennifer. Jennifer was amazing! This was our fifth trip to Disney World, but it was the first time we didn’t plan and book the entire trip ourselves.
