I have been in the travel industry for over 14 years and have extensive knowledge in planning incredible and memorable vacations. I am grateful for my love of travel, as this was a gift given to me as a child. The playtime and carefree days of traveling with my family are some of my favorite memories from growing up.I fell in love with Disney when I took my first trip at 8 years old. Experiencing Disney for the first time as a parent brought back all those magical feelings and allowed me to be a kid again with my own children! For me, no trip to Disney is complete without watching the fireworks, tears in my eyes, dreaming about that next family adventure. There is something about seeing it through the eyes of a child that makes it even more magical. I have experienced Disney with small and large groups, friends and family, and kids of all ages; it never gets old and every trip, I experience something new that makes me fall in love all over again.I took my love for travel and made it my career. I have instilled this passion in my own children, who are now young adults and have been traveling with me since they were in diapers (and at times, multiple children were in them!)Having been a part of the travel industry for almost 11 years, I've earned my diploma from the College of Disney Knowledge, I'm a Universal Orlando Resort Specialist and I have earned my IATA accreditation. I have been awarded multiple sales and achievement awards, recognized as a STAR at CruiseWorld, and I am proud to be a Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP). Kristen helped me plan a wonderful trip- two weeks in Europe with my daughters . It was their first experience across the Atlantic, and we decided on a cruise, with time spent a bit before and afterwards off the ship , in Rome and Barcelona. Arrangements had to be made for transport from the airport, to the hotels, to and from the ship -and coordinating was something I did not want to worry about in a country with a language I did not speak. She handled it professionally, and all went smoothly . In addition , we took several off Board excursions, and it couldn't have been easier (for me, anyway) Many thanks for her hard work!

We have done a few trips to Disneyland and DisneyWorld in the past but this is the first time using a travel professional to help plan it. Kristen made everything so much less stressful and time consuming. She took care of all the reservations that needed to made and also took care of any changes etc tht we wanted to add to our schedule. We just had to show up for our vacation! Planning our Disney vacation with Kristen was amazing from start to finish.

Another Magical Disney Family Vacation!

I’ve been to Disney over 15 times. I don’t really “need” a planner, but when I was introduced to Kristen a few years ago through a mutual friend, I thought that I would give her a try. I haven’t looked back since. This was our 3rd time using Kristen to help plan our Disney vacation. She is very thorough and so easy to communicate with and get a hold of if you need her. Kristen responds to emails in a very timely manner (and I very much bombarded her with them). She will do as much or as little as you want her to do. The best part of having Kristen help plan our family vacation was not having to do the early morning reservations for Lightening Lanes (she got everything we wanted at the times we wanted), Dinner Reservations, etc. My work schedule is crazy so this was very helpful. She was great as always in informing us about any special events, add ons, discounts, suggestions, etc. We decided on the Halloween party and she booked those tickets for us immediately so that we could get the day that we wanted before they sold out. The itinerary that she put together for us was very helpful! It had lots of great tips regarding our resort, dining, transportation, the parks, packing, etc. As in our previous two vacations, I have enjoyed working with Kristen and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a vacation, especially a Disney vacation. She truly is an expert in Disney travel, and planning with her gave us a peace of mind that our vacation was well planned so that all we had to think about was having fun and making memories!

My husband and I just got back from Disney, a surprise gift from our kids. It was very last minute and Kristen did a phenomenal job pulling it all together. She listened to our wants, paid close attention to our needs and planned a perfect 3 days at Disney. The hotel she recommended was beautiful, accomodating to my husbands needs, and very convenient for our plans. With 5 restaurants on site we never had to leave the property. Last Minute Trip Made Easy

We reached out to Kristen very last minute looking to see if there was any availability at Disney before the holidays. We had minimal ideas really set in place and no hard dates to even remotely give her much to go on and Kristen was beyond helpful! She found multiple options at multiple resorts for multiple different dates and sent me all the information we needed to pick exactly what we wanted! She’s so helpful, offers great suggestions for activities or excursions to try, provides an awesome itinerary break down before you depart on your trip, and takes time to check in with you! For example, our departure date looked like it was going to be impacted by tropical weather, and Kristen made sure to check in with us to make sure we were able to fly out and land safely on the island. 20th Wedding Anniversary Trip to Remember!

Kristen handled all correspondence with our resort, from booking the room, to booking the dinner reservations and excursions. When an excursion was canceled, she immediately contacted them and took care of our refund. She also worked on the Sunday we were supposed to travel home when our flight was rebooked to the following day. She was able to get us one more night's stay at the same resort for a discount! She made herself available at all hours of the day, going above and beyond to help us when needed. She also had great recommendations for sights to see, as well as a list of reminders of what to pack, some of which I would never have thought of! I would highly recommend her services for any trip!

We did not have any issues while on our vacation, but knowing we could text or call Kristen at any time made me feel better. She really is up early making magic for her clients...on the day we were able to make dining and experience reservations with Disney, my phone was blowing up with emails before 6am because Kristen was booking everything we requested. The itinerary Kristen provided a couple of weeks before our trip was so helpful. I read through it and had a phone chat with her for a couple of questions. Universal and Disney Magic

Kristen has a ton of experience and had lots of suggestions in how to make our trip memorable and a great experience. She was always responsive and planned an amazing vacation for our family. The Loews Royal Pacific hotel she recommended was beautiful and a short walk or boat ride to Universal Studios and City Walk. With her recommendation we also did the express passes which got us on almost every ride with under a 20 minute wait. We then hopped over to All Star Movies and even though it was not as fancy of a hotel it was well kept and had all the amenities we needed including a great pool to make our experience fantastic. The bus schedule to the parks from the hotel was easy to navigate and came often. We also had 3 amazing dinner reservations. CowFish at City Walk, Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Mythos at Islands of Adventure. All were fantastic!

Over the close to two years it took from our first conversation to our last one before we left, she was always there to chat with me about every aspect of planning our trip. We spoke about all our resort options that would be a good fit for our family, dining experiences we might enjoy, rides that may cause motion sickness for my daughter and I, how to get around Disney, how to use Individual Lightning Lanes and Genie +...I mean absolute everything was gone over! She gave great advice and tips. Each time I reached out (whether through email or a phone call) she got right back to me.
All aspects of our trip were perfect! Every dining reservations, park admission, resort stay and airport transfers were smooth!
I highly recommend Kristen and will definitely use her again when we decide on our next trip.

Universal Orlando vacation
