Brittany was very responsive and more than willing to help explore travel options. During our recent trip to France, she helped us navigate around train strikes. She was very patient as we changed our minds a few times. I also felt that Brittany did not lead me down a predetermined path and was very open to exploring travel ideas.

It was a pleasure working with Brittany when we decided to book our recent trip to Orlando Florida. From the time we called Brittany to make an appointment, she was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. She was willing to meet with us after hours to book our trip at Disney World with the different restaurants reservations, our trip to Universal Studios, Car Rental and flight plans. She had expert advice and experience in the Orlando area on top of that. Anytime we had a question or needed something changed she was on the case and ready to help. The greatest thing of all was that she monitored our flight as it got closer and when she discovered that DIA would likely be canceling our flight in the next couple days due to weather she contacted my wife and I immediately. She was able to get our flights rescheduled for us at no cost to a day earlier so we didn't miss any of our reservations in Orlando. We recommend her without any reservation.

Brittany had all arrangements from airline flights, transportation to and from the airport and room accommodations so well organized. There wasn't one thing that wasn't perfect. We had made several changes to our itinerary and each one was taken care of without any issues. I would request Brittany for our next vacation.

Brittany was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our honeymoon travel plans to the Riviera Maya in Mexico. She was very professional and always answered my emails in a timely manner. Brittany was very helpful in planning the trip for my daughter's wedding. She helped with finding the right resort, after searching many of resorts in the Cancun and Playa area for us to decide, and answered a lot of our questions. At first, I felt she may not have a lot of experience with destination weddings, but she was very helpful. She helped with flights for us through Apple.
Apple Vacations very good, but thought could have had better options for airlines and airfare. Great travel insurance, even though we did not have to use it, one of our guests did, and it worked well.
The trip was great, travel fairly easy. Although I do not like flying Frontier, they charge for everything, and not too friendly. Transfers through Amstar were very good, even took care of some last minute changes. A few problems for 1-2 on the return trip, but Brittany helped with this also. And THANKS for the special surprises on our arrival!

Brittany was very patient with us while looking at different resorts for our destination wedding. She found the resorts that met all our criteria and we were able to narrow it down from there. She helped us organize our site tour and organized all of our guests with their air, hotel, transfers and travel insurance! She added the nicest touches with our travel packets and hotel transfer! It was a very smooth experience and we will be using her in the future!

Brittany did a great job in helping plan our vacation. She met all of our needs and was patient with all of our questions. She was very easy to work with and researched a lot of tours and traveling for us. If we had questions and left her messages or emails she always responded back to us in a timely manner. She is friendly and wanted feedback when we got back from our vacation so we could update her on our experiences and minor glitches along the way. (not her fault) just little mishaps in Hawaii. I would definitely use her again.
