I've used Carrielynn for quite a few trips including Disney Cruises, Disney World, Disney Hong Kong, and even Royal Caribbean cruises. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and family with an Alaskan cruise in July, 2025. Carrielyn listens to our requests (certain rooms and their placement, etc.) and works hard to get the best for us. Princess Discovery was our cruise line and everything on board was top-notch.
