We've booked numerous Disney family vacations with Carrielyn over the years and have never been disappointed. Earlier this year, we booked a Disneyland trip with her. She handled all of our planning, reminded us of deadlines, booked reservations, and gave us all the information we'd need to make the most of our trip. It saved us so much time! On the rare occasion when an issue occured, she was immediately responsive. She also keeps an eye on discounts. On our last trip, she found a lower room rate and re-booked our room after we already paid for the deposit on our trip! It was a nice little bump to our spending money budget while we were there.

Alaskan cruise

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughter and family with an Alaskan cruise in July, 2025.
Carrielyn listens to our requests (certain rooms and their placement, etc.) and works hard to get the best for us. Princess Discovery was our cruise line and everything on board was top-notch.
Anytime we had questions Carrielyn is happy to help and very prompt in her follow-up! I have suggested her to many of our friends.

Mom and Daughter Disney Trip!

My 10-year old daughter and I enjoyed the trip Carrielyn arranged for us at Disneyland Resort in July 2025. We were able to cover so much ground and not worry about logistical details or long lines. Carrielyn gave top-notch advice for ride strategy, good places to grab bites of food, and avoiding crowds. We had a fabulous time! Carrielyn has assisted us with travel arrangements several times over the past 6 years - she keeps track of the details and helps inform regarding options so we can make decisions that are best for our circumstances. Carrielyn is wonderful!

Carrielyn helped me plan my first trip to Disney World as a husband and father of two young kids. It had been almost two decades since I’d been to Disney World and I knew I wanted a professional to help me plan this trip. Carrielyn was wonderful. Coming up on trip number 3!

We've been to Disneyland twice with Carrielyn, and are headed to Disney World in January for our 3rd trip. We book most of our travel on our own because we're experienced travelers, but when it came to the Disney properties, we thought a second opinion might help. I reached out with a self packaged itinerary already in my cart and she not only improved upon it, but she did it for a better price!
Then, all of the extras start showing up. Little things that make the trip special, local knowledge and suggestions on how best to utilize your time in the parks, etc.
Carrielyn is much more than just an agent, she's basically a tour operator. She doesn't just take your money and hand you off to the property, she's always a phone call or email away and always has an answer.
I've already referred two other families to her, and both traveled and had a great time. She's #1 in my book.

Carrielyn is really helpful finding the best prices for your trip. If there is any discounts available for my trip should would make sure she applies it for me. She did all my dining reservations for us and got up really early to get us our fast passes. It is so nice to be able to let Carrielyn know what we want and she makes it happen for you.
