My husband and I worked with Karen to book our honeymoon which was scheduled a couple days after our wedding day. We originally planned to book everything ourselves without using a travel agent but with our schedules and the wedding planning underway, we decided to bite the bullet and try an agent for the very first time. We never looked back! Karen was very responsive, answered all of our questions with detail, and provided suggestions. She provided lists and resorts that met our initial requirements and was very patient with us when we were struggling to make our final decision. She took care of EVERYTHING, all the way down to the visa travel cards that saved us quite a bit of time when entering the Dominican Republic. About one week before we were due to leave, she sent us packet (as she promised) which included all the information we would ever need for our travels...even a suggested packing list!

It was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed every day. All the restaurants were great. The people that worked there wanted to help you with anything you needed all day and night. It would Rain about 2 pm every day for maybe 20 mins and then partly sunny to sunny rest of the day. Rain never slowed anything down just moved back to room got recharged and headed back out after.

Ran into some people stopped there from a cruise ship and they said it was the best stop of the trip because everything was so nice and the people are so friendly. The fact there are no kids made it even more relaxing. Also meet another couple that has been to most the resorts in Jamaica and said this one hands down is the best in all categories. Some of the others are nice but

It was great working with Karen. She promptly returned my calls but was usually right there at the office. Our trip to Paradise Island in the Bahamas was great.The only thing I would do different is not take the shuttle from Nassau airport to the RIU. From the time we got on the shuttle until we got to our hotel was 2 hours. We were told it was a 20 minute drive. Uggg! There are taxi's everywhere and it would have been worth the money.

Everything went very smooth. Actually, better than I expected with it being all guys! We are very pleased with Karen.

Karen was great to work with from the beginning. She helped with the flights and took the time to provide a few options for us to choose from. We ended up flying Southwest and she had suggested the early bird special which pretty much meant my family would be able to sit together.

I had a couple other questions along the way prior to the trip and shortly after I had emailed Karen she would get back with an answer.

We had set up our accommodations separately but I wanted travel insurance for both flights and accommodations so Karen set that up as well just to protect us in case there was any issue.

After the trip she followed up to see how it went as she was interested in hearing if there were any issues that might help her with future clients along with making sure our trip went well.

I would recommend using Karen as she was both helpful and knowledgeable.

We have needed Karen’s help in planning and booking a trip to Bermuda to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in January 2019. Recently she planned a fly & drive hotel in Indianapolis and flights for us to Kennedy Airport in NYC where we were to meet a tour group to go to Israel. When that trip had to be canceled due to Covid-19 issues here in the US and in Israel, Karen was able to get us a full refund!! Bravo!!

She understood and took care of our needs right away. We flew southwest, but our mistake was not taking the early bird boarding. Karen warned us, but we did not do it. Karen made our first trip traveling as a couple out of the country and to an all-inclusive so easy and enjoyable. We wanted the planning to be easy and pain-free feeling comfortable that we were getting all we wanted for a good price, and she did just that.

Karen has always been very helpful in helping us find the best vacation that suits our needs.

She was very professional and stayed in contact to meet the needs of deadlines for our vacation. It was the very first trip I had ever tried to plan for my daughter and I. The only thing I wish we would have done is had more time, or taken more time, for the little details. They are very much live and learn but for example, booking the hotel stay the night before the flight, the shuttle (included with the hotel stay) to the airport for the flight home. Our flight was a 5:15 am flight and the shuttle service would not pick us up due to time issues and not making our flight on time, so I had to pay an extra $44 for a different shuttle service, and our hotel did not end up having a pool. We had to walk a block for the pool and it ended up being an outdoor pool.

We went in to get some information on a few different places (one was recommended by a friend and the others we found online). Karen was helpful in giving us brochures and also describing some of the differences between the resort brands. Ultimately, we went home, did more research on our own, and chose what prepackaged vacation we wanted from applevacations.com (it was a last minute deal, we booked 1 month in advance). We came back in and requested Karen book it for us. She got us upgraded to first class for the chartered flight ($30pp, not available if we booked on our own) and was able to set us up with travel insurance. She was also able to arrange a park and fly, where we dropped our car off at the hotel we were going to stay at after our late arrival back to Chicago at the end of our trip. I only give 4 stars because Karen was still new and learning in April 2015 and we ended up investing quite a bit of time researching on our own.

Karen did an excellent job of planning and scheduling our golf outing. She found a great 3 BR condo and scheduled great golf courses at an excellent price. In fact the entire golf package including airfare, rental car. condo and golf was less than our previous golf outing for just the room and golf!

Karen was excellent from the very beginning and very thorough and responsive to our questions/needs. I loved the checklist of items to remember and she checked in to see how things were going during the vacation. Awesome!!

Karen did a tremendous job in providing us with options that all fit the parameters we were looking for! She handled all the details of the trip from start to finish. This was my first time travelling to Jamaica and I would not have known about the Club Mobay services if it wasn't for Karen - thanks to her suggesting this, we were stress free getting through customs! The Iberostar hotel that she recommended was top-notch. There isn't one aspect of the trip that I would have changed. I will definitely utilize Karen for future trips!

Karen did an excellent job organizing our recent trip to the Sandals Royal Bahamian, Bahamas for our 35 wedding anniversary. She provided us with all the options that the resort offered including airfare and airport transportation. Every detail was covered! Perfect!!!!

Did a good job for us. All arrivals and departures on time. no problems with late or lost luggage. Only negative thing to mention was an American Airlines seating problem At first NO seat assigned to Tammy, but taken care by travel agent,we however were not all seated together from Dallas to Honolulu.

I had a great experience planning my trip with Karen. She made everything so easy. I only went to her office twice, everything else we did over the phone or email which was super convenient. She made sure everything was set up for us including shuttle to the airport & back, and prepayment for our luggage. She also reached out while we were in Mexico to make sure everything went according to plan on our way there. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

Karen was very thorough in handling our trip. Once we got past the glitch at the beginning of our trip, everything worked like clockwork.

We have used Travel Leaders for multiple trips, this is our first time working with Karen and she exceeded our exceptions. She even helped confirm our pick up at the resort since the agency didn't have an on property contact and we couldn't call internationally. We love the team at the Travel Leaders Warsaw office and will continue to use them for our travel needs!

Even went out of her way to wish a happy wedding day and just before we left contacted me again to check in again. Not a single hiccup. Every thing went as smooth as it possible could have.
