For the past 35 years, Cruise Specialists has specialized in Grand and World Cruises. A Grand Voyage is a longer voyage (50 days +) and typically follows a theme, such as a region, Africa, South America or Australia for example; or season, such as sailing during the fall months from the Mediterranean and Northern Europe to the USA. This is a delightful way to explore in depth a region of the world that interests you.
On a select number of Grand Voyages, Cruise Specialists clients enjoy perks such as: a helpful Voyage Host, private cocktail parties, an exclusive shore tour program, keepsake gifts, comprehensive services, and in some cases, a complimentary pre-cruise hotel stay. The destinations on Grand Voyages are easy to access, even when far away or to exotic locations, and they may or may not be round-trip destinations.

From the Uk to the Fjords

We embraced the changes and had the unexpected pleasure of spending more time on board, exploring its amenities and facilities. The highlight of the first cruise didn't happen, Shetlands and Lewis Island. Luckily for us we'd been to Edinburgh before and had been looking forward to going to the underground of the city. Unexpected itinerary changes due to weather and one we were not told which was not a pleasant experience for most on the Oceania Cruise. We did enjoy our second visit to Ireland. The Cruise on the Norwegian was nice, a truly different adventure. We're not sure big cruises are our thing. The ports were nice, staff was wonderful, the venues on the cruise were nice like a resort. The Captain of this ship was Wonderful vs the Oceania Cruise. He talked about the fjords and a few other things with excitement over the intercom.

128-day Cruise around the World

Fantastic trip around the world! Great itinerary which changed midway because of current issues in the Middle East. Instead of ba Mediterranean ending, we cruised around Africa, taking a fabulous safari arranged by Cruise Specialists at the outstanding Thanda iZulu Villa. We enjoyed Cruise Specialists custom excursions throughout our cruise, including nice touches like water on every tour bus, plenty of seats, and excellent lunch experiences. Lynn Dee King was very helpful in making these reservations and selecting a cabin, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.
