I love the services provided by Kelli. Their detail to planning a suburban over the top basically all I need to do is give them my credit card and they plan every step of the way. This is our third trip and everything goes as planned. I love the way they plan every day itinerary and all we have to do is follow it. The hotels they pick are right in the middle of the cities where all the action is with superb accommodations. I even love where they hire the drivers to take us from one city to another and all we have to do is show up downstairs in the lobby and off we go. Look forward to using them again in the future.

Kelli was an excellent travel assistant. I relied on for many questions she was very knowledgeable had a friendly voice she answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. She took care of our flights, suggested travel insurance, informed us about baggage policies and also suggested tours. She assured us that if we had any questions or problems we can call her or contact her office. Kelli was great I will definitely be using her for all my travel needs.

We had a great time! It was extremely helpful to have all of the transfers set up in advance. The hotel in Venice was lovely and convenient, but the staff was somewhat cold and off putting. The hotels in Barcelona and Madrid were outstanding! The staff could not have been nicer or friendlier. The rooms were very comfortable and conveniently located. Our cruise on Regent was mostly outstanding. The significant issues were generally around communication relative to excursions. They were moved up and back with less than clear communication. The App did not work at all, so it was printed information put in your room. On one occasion, we sat for an hour waiting to be called. Our suite was unbelievably spacious and comfortable with a huge closet and bathroom. The balcony has extremely comfortable furniture and was also quite large. For the most part the food was very good. The size of the ship was perfect and never felt crowded.

My most recent vacation was at The Verandah Antigua to celebrate my 50th birthday with my husband. It was absolutely amazing. It was a 10/10 with a laid back luxury experience.
