5+ stars for Megan. This was not an ordinary vacation as we were traveling with our special needs granddaughter. Megan took the time to explain and provide information we needed to make this such an enjoyable trip. We had a wonderful trip….. we have nothing but good things to say about everything! And Goofy’s Kitchen was the highlight of all our meals. The chef himself showed us through the buffet so we could avoid allergens. That degree of personal service makes Disney what it is!

I cannot imagine a trip to Disney without having Megan's assistance in planning it. She is so very knowledgeable, about everything Disney and Universal and helps to guide your trip to your family's interests. It was our first trip there, with 10 of us, and we left feeling that hadn't missed anything.
