I am a travel agent with Fairytale Journeys Travel, a Platinum Level Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. I specialize in Disney Destinations helping clients plan the ultimate Disney memory. My concierge services are complimentary and include but not limited to itinerary assistance, dining reservation assistance, and package price monitoring.

There are not enough words to express how enjoyable and magical it was to have Jen plan our Disneyland vacation. She answered every question and always kept in touch. She gave us pointers on things to see and do. She went above and beyond right before it was time to leave for Disneyland with special treats for the kiddos and adults in our party. She is the only person we will work with for our Disney vacations ??

I did not book a trip with Jen but we had a very sensitive situation with a family friend was was loosing his battle with cancer. With the last wish to go back to Disneyland. I reached out to Jen for information about wheel chairs, lines, etc and she was so helpful and accommodating even though we didn’t use her service. I will be using her service in the future for our Disney trips and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family who want to book a trip.

Jennifer is meticulous in the planning of our vacations providing not only a thorough package proposal, but provided options that catered to our unique requests. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, current with new and upcoming options & provided details to ensure we got the very most out of our vacation.
