Laura was an amazing planner. I had a lot of last minute requests and she accommodated all of my changes without even batting an eye! She even voluntarily called me at 10pm on a Friday night to help me figure out how to change a reservation for the next day. The whole trip was smooth and successful because she had worked so hard behind the scenes. I've done Disney planning by myself MANY times and am a Disney freak. However, I would never do it again without her. I traveled with 2 other people from my family and even they kept saying how easy everything was. I HIGHLY recommend working with Laura. I cannot say enough good things!

Laura is amazing, the best thing I have to say about her is her response time, it's almost immediate, we were at Disney and I texted her and within I'm gonna say 3 mins, she responded. Her patience, my husband and I were planning a trip for our 30th anniversary, he can't make a decision, we went back and forth for days trying to make a decision and she was so patient with us, until we finally settled on a resort that Laura found for us. I love telling my friends about Laura and her friendliness, her knowledge and her quick response. I will forever use her and I love calling her "My" travel agent!!! She is the best, I feel like not only did I gain a travel agent, I gained a friend!!!!

Laura provided my family with exceptional service. My husband and I have cruised several times but we decided to cruise with our daughter and her family, our son and his family and my son's in-laws, 8 adults and 4 children ages 2 to 10! W chose the Norweigin Breakaway, knowing it would be fun for all ages. Laura made all the reservations, room assignments and on-board extras! The 12 of us had an outstanding, carefree cruise because of the care she took to make everything right and everything did go smoothly!
We used her services because she had helped our daughter-in-law arrange a trip to join us in Florida in February with her two children and her mom. She also arranged for our oldest son to fly to Florida with his family and go to Disney World for two days, including a special stops at Characters Breakfast ad then the BB Boutique for our granddaughter. All of these trips went off without a hitch! Great job by Laura! I would highly recommend hers!
