She was very communicative and available throughout the entire process. The travel accessories she sent us were appreciated and well-used.

Heather showed us the way to Africa! From the beginning stages of planning our mother daughter trip, Heather listened, suggested, advised and attended to every detail to make our trip a reality. She checked in with us at intervals as necessary and her attention to detail kept us smoothly progressing toward our departure. And we loved the Trip Plans App that Heather uses! Heather was phenomenal in planning our honeymoon in Thailand. She tailored the trip to our tastes, blending adventure with relaxation as we explored the south of Thailand. Her accommodation choices were luxurious yet affordable, and her unique activity suggestions, like a private beach dinner, a day of island and lagoon explorations off the coast of Phuket, and Bangkok food tours were highlights.

We not only got to the places and sites we wanted to see, but she made some other excellent recommendations to round out our trip. Heather is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely detail oriented, attentive, and responsive. She thinks of everything and is very creative. Even when we aren’t sure where we’ve wanted to go, she listens to our goals for the trip and comes up with great ideas. She has also planned trips that have had to be cancelled and has been amazing at pivoting and planning an alternative trip. Heather thinks of things we wouldn’t even know to plan or ask about. We won’t be planning trips without her from here on out!

We have been working with Heather Robinson for several years now and would not think of planning travel without having her involved in every aspect. She has tremendous expertise regarding all things necessary for successful trips including transportation, interesting destinations, Covid issues, and activities which fit our personal interests. She exhibits phenomenal attention to detail, follow through and responsiveness to all questions and concerns. Our journeys include Nevis, Africa, Italy, Mexico and Alaska - various types of trips and all fantastic!

Heather Robinson created a well organized and structured trip to Tanzania that also encompassed enough leisure time to allow us to enjoy the most beautiful environment and the Tanzanian people. Heather was attentive to the specific needs of her clients and adjusted and made suggestions for the members with some mobility issues. Before the trip, Heather was communicative with us and informed us of all details and any issues that may come up and how they would be handled by the local tour company so that there would not be any surprises. She also texted us during the trip to check in. And when back from the trip, she was interested in receiving feedback of our experience, the positive and any negative things (which there were not). Heather was easy to work with, listened to specific issues and they were always addressed in a timely manner. Heather was easy to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone planning to travel anywhere.

Heather was extremely helpful and detail oriented in planning our trip . She made sure that our needs were met in consideration of family, including two young boys traveling on a multi-stop vacation through Croatia and the east coast Italy. Everything worked out perfectly and we had a trip that we will never forget.

When we travel we know that the most limited thing is time. And so it was with enthusiasm that we turned to Heather to plan our recent family trip to Spain. We only had a week - school vacation. We wanted to have fun and see and do exciting things, but without feeling rushed or stressed. Heather took our ideas and built us a wonderful Spain vacation! It felt like a relaxing two weeks of experiences, but we did it easily in the one week we had. Skip-the-line tickets for major attractions, travel transfers and convenient tours made the most of our time, interspersed with free time for us to wander and enjoy the streets of Barcelona and Madrid and enjoy coffee, tapas and wine. Sights, laughs, experiences and relaxation in our amazing week in Spain! Thank you Heather!

Using Heather Robinson travel was a godsend. I talked with Heather about what we were looking for from our trip to Hawaii. She got back to me quickly with options that fit our needs perfectly - I wanted to do them all! She saved us so much time and made the whole process so easy. I can't wait to work with her for future trips.

I am most impressed with Heather’s attention to detail and commitment to research. This results in wonderful venues with exceptional accommodations. She also takes anxiety out of travel especially during the pandemic by managing all necessary protocols for her clients as well as seeking out appropriate contingency plans should that become necessary. She covers all the bases!
