Kristen is the best! She’s so responsive and organized. I didn't worry about anything with this trip because it was planned by her. We traveled at a very busy time and she prepared us for that very well. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!

IN EVERY WAY, Kristen went out of her way to help us be best prepared for this wonderful WDW trip she designed for us. For example, we ran into a kink in the dining service (not our fault or Kristen's , the restaurant) and she gave us the greatest advice! BIG BIG thank you to her! She was our Mickey lifejacket, for sure, in all things. What an amazing expert! And you need one, even if you have been there a number of times --- the place is getting more popular (as we age!) We no longer get around as "kids" but want to, and she helped so much!

Kristen has SOOOOO much knowledge in her field of travel, she will answer your questions before you ask them! What we were most impressed and appreciative of is when unforeseen situations arose (loss of cellular communication, lost reservations) Kristen went above and beyond to assist in getting everything sorted and back on track! Even though we weren’t speaking face to face, I could tell she was doing it all with a smile on her face, that’s just how good she is!!

We were so excited to plan a Disney cruise for the entire family. Kristen was incredible in planning our entire Disney vacation. From waking up early to secure all the best reservations to providing expert knowledge on everything Disney, she made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. Our stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Safari room was unforgettable, and we loved the park days, especially the Epcot fireworks show. A highlight was our time at Storybook Dining, where we got to meet the Evil Queen. Another special character encounter was with Mirabel, who made such a special connection with my daughter over each wearing glasses. The Tron ride was a thrill, especially that launch! Kristen truly made our trip magical, and we can't wait to work with her again for our next adventure.

I took my mother to Disney World this December for a few days of rest and relaxation. Kristen managed to book everything we needed without any issues. I've never had a vacation go so smoothly. Hotel, tickets, rides, restaurants: Kristen booked them all and missed nothing. She was always available for questions and could pivot quickly if we changed our mind on something. I only wish she could control the weather so it was a few degrees warmer! I would be more than happy to book another vacation with her. From the start, she gave us plenty of lead time to finalize our plans every step of the way. Constantly checked in to make sure everything was still on point and even checked in during the vacation to make sure all was good! This trip included a good portion of our family flying in from Chicago area and included a cruise on the Disney Wish to the Bahamas as well as 3 days at Walt Disney World. Many of us had never been on a cruise prior to this trip. Some of the participants had mobility issues as well. To say it was complicated is an understatement! Kristen arranged for all of our rooms to be in a row and all had balconies. The partitions had all been moved allowing our family to move between the rooms or sit out on any of the balconies. It was absolutely wonderful!
