Kristen helped book a family celebration on the Disney Treasure for 13 family members. I never had to worry about anything because Kristen took care of everything! Her knowledge, enthusiasm, detailed trip itinerary, and guidance made every part of this trip easy. She was there for everything we needed, from pre-booking to the end of our cruise. I would highly recommend Kristen for all of your travel needs!

My first Disney cruise was perfect from start to finish and the only thing I had to do was enjoy it! Every detail was handled by my travel agent Kristen with Off To Neverland Travel. The Disney experience was first class in every way. The food, the staff, the entertainment and the cruise itself were all above expectations. It was easy to relax knowing that everything I wanted in my trip was meticulously planned out for me. My sincere appreciation for a job well done Kristen!

Kristen has planned many trips for us and this was one for the books! Traveling with so many different family members, the coordination of all the different staterooms and people on this cruise trip was incredible. Her organization made it so easy for all of us to enjoy this time with each other. Kristen always takes the overwhelm of planning away because her expertise and experience is second to none. And then on top of that her love and passion for travel and Disney brings even more excitement to the trip! I wouldn’t plan a trip (especially Disney) without her!!

We had a truly magical vacation with Kristen's attention to every detail. Every suggestion was spot on and helped make our trip perfect. It was a worry free vacation & we came home with wonderful memories!

Kristen made our Disney trip sooooooo easy! Smooth travels throughout allowing our family to simply enjoy and live the moment. Would not do Disney any other way!

We had the best experience thanks to Kristen for answering all of our questions and planning a fun, memorable tip for our whole family!

From the minute I spoke with Kristen about planning our family trip she was friendly and very helpful. I have had friends recommend other Travel agents but I would use Kristen again before I would use anyone else. Even while we were at Disney she continued to accommodate us. I am very satisfied and will recommend her to others. Thank you Kristen.

We had a great family trip with Kristen planning all of the details! She made it so seamless! We can’t wait to plan our next one!

It was wonderful. The hotel was amazing and the restaurants you suggested were spot on delicious. The whole experience was well planned. Thanks!

Kristen is the best! She’s so responsive and organized. I didn't worry about anything with this trip because it was planned by her. We traveled at a very busy time and she prepared us for that very well. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with her!

Had a fantastic trip to Disney with much assistance and support from Kristen! Would absolutely use her services again for a return trip. Knowledgeable, reachable, and full of good advice.

Kristen made it so easy to make this trip happen. I can’t say enough about he knowledge, helpful suggestions and general magic making. I can confidently recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait to book our next trip with her.

IN EVERY WAY, Kristen went out of her way to help us be best prepared for this wonderful WDW trip she designed for us. For example, we ran into a kink in the dining service (not our fault or Kristen's , the restaurant) and she gave us the greatest advice! BIG BIG thank you to her! She was our Mickey lifejacket, for sure, in all things. What an amazing expert! And you need one, even if you have been there a number of times --- the place is getting more popular (as we age!) We no longer get around as "kids" but want to, and she helped so much!

This was our 4th trip using Kristen as our planner! I can honestly say, I will never go to Disney without having Kristen as our planner! She is beyond helpful both before and during our trips! Her suggestions and thorough planning always make our trips so magical!

Kristen has SOOOOO much knowledge in her field of travel, she will answer your questions before you ask them! What we were most impressed and appreciative of is when unforeseen situations arose (loss of cellular communication, lost reservations) Kristen went above and beyond to assist in getting everything sorted and back on track! Even though we weren’t speaking face to face, I could tell she was doing it all with a smile on her face, that’s just how good she is!!

Always a spectacular time when Kristen plans our trip!

Kristen helped us plan a Universal/Disney Trip. It would be our first time to Universal and we couldn’t have done it without Kristen’s expertise! We had such a fabulous time!

Kristen takes care of the details and keep you in the loop at all times. Very pleasant to work with and she is always happy to help and answer any question. The trip was great with no issues, and all plans went smoothly.

Kristen helped our family plan a cruise and she was quick to answer questions and did not hesitate to talk on the phone. Kristen had experienced our boat and trip so knew first hand what to expect and gave age appropriate recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Kristen was key in pulling together my L.A. vacation with my 2 boys. Was overwhelming to think about doing it on my own. She was knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and reliable!

Kristen’s attention to detail was very much appreciated. I would never have known about many of the things Kristen told us about to make our family experience so worthwhile! She told us our options and guided us to the decision that would help all of us have a wonderful vacation for the adults, teens, and tween.

Planning a Disney trip is no longer an easy thing to do - with the different passes, tickets, rules, etc. Kristin made everything very seamless especially as our plans and party kept changing.

We had so much fun! Can’t wait to go back! Everything was perfect

The trip Was amazing and Kristen did a fabulous job of putting together our itinerary and hotel reservations Along with dinner reservations and tickets to events. It was fabulous. Thank you for all You did. We will be calling you again soon

Kristin made our whole process start to finish easy and low stress! She kept me on schedule in terms of planning, choosing restaurants, planning lightning lane rides and more. Chatting about the app and Kristin's recommendations prior to leaving really helped us once there. She even checked in on us during our trip to make sure all ways going smoothly. We 100% recommend her services to anyone planning a Disney and/or Universal trip!

We were so excited to plan a Disney cruise for the entire family. Kristen helped every step of the way- from the initial reservations, to helping us plan while keeping it a surprise for the kids, to guiding us step by step with all the details. Kristen was also more than happy to find out answers to all our obscure questions. I appreciated that she checked in with us on the trip to make sure things were going well and everything was falling into place. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation without stressing over the planning. We already are looking forward to planning another vacation with Kristen's help.

Kristen was incredible in planning our entire Disney vacation. From waking up early to secure all the best reservations to providing expert knowledge on everything Disney, she made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. Our stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Safari room was unforgettable, and we loved the park days, especially the Epcot fireworks show. A highlight was our time at Storybook Dining, where we got to meet the Evil Queen. Another special character encounter was with Mirabel, who made such a special connection with my daughter over each wearing glasses. The Tron ride was a thrill, especially that launch! Kristen truly made our trip magical, and we can't wait to work with her again for our next adventure.

I took my mother to Disney World this December for a few days of rest and relaxation. Kristen managed to book everything we needed without any issues. I've never had a vacation go so smoothly. Hotel, tickets, rides, restaurants: Kristen booked them all and missed nothing. She was always available for questions and could pivot quickly if we changed our mind on something. I only wish she could control the weather so it was a few degrees warmer! I would be more than happy to book another vacation with her. From the start, she gave us plenty of lead time to finalize our plans every step of the way. Constantly checked in to make sure everything was still on point and even checked in during the vacation to make sure all was good! Thank you so much for helping me with a vacation that will hold special memories for me!

We had the best time. All of the things Kristen was able to set up for us ahead time was super helpful! Meals, rides, etc. I feel like we had a great flow to our day and not too much downtime! She answered all of my questions and really helped make the trip wonderful.

I truly enjoyed working with you Kristen and will highly recommend you to anyone I know that will be traveling to Disney or Universal. Thanks again!

Kristen's recommendations and resort options were perfect for my family and what we wanted this trip to look like. Her response time, love for Disney, and helpfulness is unmatched! This was the perfect first family Disney trip! Thanks to Kristen's behind the scenes work, our trip went so smoothly!

We would like to thank you for planning our wonderful trip to Disney (followed by some relaxation at Cocoa Beach)! Things would not have been as smooth without all the work you put in. And we appreciate the tips you provided about Lightning Lanes - the 2 types of LLs were confusing to us, but your assistance ahead of time helped us make the most out of our visits to the parks!

Kristen helped us planned the most awesomest surprise trip to Disney World right before Christmas. Helped make our trip so much easier and she had so many great ideas.

Our cruise to Alaska was one that our family will never forget. Motel arrangements prior to the ship leaving, and transportation from the airport to the motel in Vancouver and room accomodations on the cruise ship were all excellent. We appreciate the time and effort put into planning our trip by our Disney Travel Agent and making it so special.

Kristen was always pleasant very professional knew all the details and was able to help us every step of the way

Thank you for your help planning our trip to California and Disneyland. We loved everything about the Warner Brothers tour and especially learning about the history of so many shows and movies that were filmed there. The tips you shared with us for Universal Studios Hollywood really helped us maximize our time in Super Nintendo World, and we can't wait to go back. We also got so much done during our park days at Disneyland because of your advice on how to use Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes. The dining recommendations you made were all so good too!

I can’t say enough about what a joy it was to have Kristen as our travel agent. Kristen is so knowledgeable about travel planning. She knows Disney! She was able to answer all our questions and offer plenty of ideas. It was so nice to just tell Kristen what we wanted and she took care of all the reservations and details. We will not hesitate to work with Kristen again!

Everything was great. We had a wonderful time!

Kristen makes sure all details are tended to which makes a vacation care free. She has the expertise to offer suggestions for activities, parks, & hotels. Her work ethics are unmatched!

Kristen is amazing! I’ve worked with Kristen for a number of years on multiple trips. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and organized. Her attention to detail is exquisite and having a timeline of events at your fingertips is so helpful which she creates for your trip.

This trip included a good portion of our family flying in from Chicago area and included a cruise on the Disney Wish to the Bahamas as well as 3 days at Walt Disney World. Many of us had never been on a cruise prior to this trip. Some of the participants had mobility issues as well. To say it was complicated is an understatement! Kristen arranged for all of our rooms to be in a row and all had balconies. The partitions had all been moved allowing our family to move between the rooms or sit out on any of the balconies. It was absolutely wonderful!

Kristen is genuinely excited and happy to help plan your vacation. From the time you start working with her gathering info about what you want to do, to assisting with questions while on your vacation, she looks forward to making sure you have the best experience. Even while you are on your vacation, and even you are not worried about it, she is still trying to make sure you can achieve all your plans. For example, one event we wanted to schedule was was fully booked, but while we were on the trip, it opened up and she booked it! She was still looking out for us! And nobody knows Disney better than Kristen! It was a pleasure working with her, as she took a lot of the stress out of the planning process. She is sincerely invested in making sure you have a great vacation.

Kristen is very detail oriented and quick to answer any questions. Just wonderful to work with!

Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY aspect of your vacation is EXACTLY the way you want it; from accommodations to dining and special experiences.

Kristen is fantastic at her job! She is very thorough and leaves no question unanswered. She is great at communicating and explaining all details. As a first time cruiser I was a little apprehensive but she took care of everything which put me at ease. We even had some special medical needs for our daughter on dialysis. With Kristen’s help we were able to enjoy a relaxing vacation without concern. Kristen is a gem and comes highly recommended!

She was great! She is very attentive to detail, answer all my questions, gave me the best deal possible, made all the reservations, did all the research for my trip so I didn't have to, and took time with me to review our itinerary. Even while I was on vacation when I had questions, she answered them quickly. I will always use her as my travel planner. This was the second time she has helped me with a vacation, and both were great experiences! My daughter and I still talk about what a great time /trip it was, and we can't wait to plan our next trip! Our latest trip was Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise and Kristen made it all possible!

Kristen Johnson was instrumental in making our Disney vacation an unforgettable experience. From the moment we began planning, Kristen's extensive knowledge of the Disney parks, reservations, Genie Plus, and transportation was evident. Her expertise and passion for Disney truly set her apart.

Kristen guided us through every step of the planning process, ensuring we secured the best reservations and made the most of our time in the parks. Her advice on how to use Genie Plus effectively saved us countless hours of waiting in line, allowing us to enjoy more attractions and experiences. Her recommendations for dining, attractions, and even the best times to visit certain areas of the parks were spot on.

Without Kristen's help, our trip would not have been nearly as smooth or enjoyable. Her dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her services to anyone planning a Disney vacation.
