My passion is helping others to turn their travel dreams into reality. I love traveling and -- believe it or not -- I actually also enjoy every stage of the planning process! I have, for example, traveled to many of the most popular destinations, which means that I can offer you first-hand accounts of the resorts I have visited and also give you advice based upon my own boots-on-the-ground experiences. In addition, I also work closely with many of the top travel suppliers, so I'm often able to get special deals and rates that you might not be able to find on your own. And unlike booking websites, each itinerary I plan will be personalized to your needs.

Another area where I shine? Customer service. You can count on me to always provide you with excellent customer service. So if you have questions or concerns, you can call or email me, and I will respond promptly. I will also be your advocate if something should go wrong while you are on vacation. That means you won't have to waste your precious vacation time dealing with, say, a hotel room that is not up to snuff. Instead, let me handle the problem. 

I will also ensure that your travel plans are seamless. When you book your trip online, chances are you'll have to figure out your own transfers from the airport to your hotel or from your hotel to a cruise. In some cases, that may take some research. For example, if you are planning a trip to Orlando, would you know what the best option for your family would be to get from the airport to your hotel? Should you take a hotel shuttle, a taxi or rent a car? Instead of spending hours on the Internet doing research on the various options, you can turn to me, instead.
