Luigia was incredibly patient as she was coordinating on behalf of five of us going on a trip in northern Italy which included a road cycling tour, we researched her recommendations as she made them and she was very accurate with her descriptions and pricing. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip because of COVID-19 and she was very helpful in processing all the cancellations and refunds. We look forward to booking again with her travel agency.

A Wonderful Stress Free Trip!

Working with Luigia was incredibly pleasant. Her knowledge, experience and demeanor relieved any stress and anxiety we had planning this once-in-a-lifetime trip. We had a list of 'must-do's' and time-lines, which were challenging, and had time constraints. Well organized trip

We had used a different travel agent for a previous trip to Germany, but this time, as we love history, we looked for somebody with knowledge of Italy's historic sites, some not known to the general public. We were very satisfied with Luigia's service as she answered all our questions. The trip was very well organized, the schedule wasn't too stressful as we had some downtime in between transfers and tours. The hotels she booked us were very clean, all in a central location, and easy for us to walk to most of the sites we needed to see. We will refer her to our friends for sure, everything was excellent!

Enjoyed Italy so much we didn't want to come back

What an absolutely fabulous lady to work with. We called Luigia in planning our trip to Italy. Since we were on a limited schedule (7 days and 6 nights) it was quite a challenge to book us for tours, hotels and transportation to make the trip enjoyable. We spent 3 days in Rome and then 3 days in Sorrento & Napoli with day trips to Amalfi coast, Capri Island and Pompeii with the back half a small tour of Napoli.
Luigia is so good because in the initial phone call she takes the time to listen to what you want to do or where suggestions would be helpful. Her knowledge of Italy really showed in the tours and hotels she suggested. The cost was always taken into consideration. Travel Insurance was referred. Helping us navigate online form prep for COVID really helped. A full detailed itinerary was presented and we then could review and sign off or make changes.
When we in Italy, she was in touch via text just to make sure things were moving smoothly.

Our 40th Anniversary Trip

Luigia thoroughly researches her client destinations and provides detailed itineraries. We are seniors who worked with her a year in advance of a three week trip to France and Italy which we have just returned from. Her hotel selections are impeccable. We stayed at interesting accessible 4 star properties that felt like 5 stars. She is flexible and open to changes as required and she offers great alternatives while working within the client's travel budget. She booked local and national trains throughout Italy and advised us of airline schedule changes that came up well in advance. She did a great job organizing private tours especially Pompei and all her local contacts were very professional and more importantly, always on time! We will be using Luigia again to plan our next major European trip in 2023 as she is the best travel agent we have ever worked with..

I loved the itinerary that Luigia put together for me, she worked with a large group of people (17 to be exact) to make my birthday celebration amazing. There was time to explore and time to relax as well so everyone was happy. Any requests or changes were handled in a timely manner and I never hesitated to reach out if I wanted to change something.

3 weeks in Southern Italy with extended Family

If we could give Luigia 10 out of 5 stars we would!
Luigia plans every aspect of your trip from conception to completion. Starting with booking your airline tickets, then having a private ride pick you up at the airport to take you to our hotel, (not an over-priced, unreliable taxi but rather a private, dependable driver, and you know all costs up front). Luigia will book all your hotel stays at every stop of your vacation. Always arranges rides, whether it’s a private driver, a train, fairy, plane, etc. If you want a tour booked, consider it done!
Everything is done before you leave for your trip. All you have to do is follow the itinerary she provides you. There is no stress or trying to figure out where to go and when or how to get there. Just enjoy your vacation.
Luigia will let you know all costs up front for all bookings, inform you when a deposit is required and what is left to be paid, if any, once you arrive or leave a hotel on your journey.

Italy vacation with family

A friend recommended us Luigia as we didn't even know where to start with our trip. We wanted to see several places in different regions of Italy, and we needed help organizing everything. Luigia explained us the more efficient way as we were going to travel by train. She booked us the hotels in areas for us easy to explore around, very central. Also some nice tours and an opera show in Venice. It was a great experience. She was available for us while traveling, as we needed to book an extra tour and transfers. We travelled to the south of Italy with stops in Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia and ending up in Rome.
Every step of the way Luigia took care of everything.
From our itinerary, including all travel in between destinations.
We were a large family of approximately 20 people all travelling together and some had to change plans mid way, and Luigia assisted with any changes needed to ensure a smooth transition.

Family Trip

Luigia and I started planning our Family trip (16 people) to Italy last October, she came highly recommended by a colleague at work. From the start Luigia was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We knew where we wanted to go – Florence, Cinque Terra, L’Aquila, and Amalfi and Luigia pulled it all together for us – she booked all our accommodation, transfers, villa, restaurants, and guides – she even found a wonderful guide to walk us thru my grandfather’s village. She was able to secure tickets to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, she found an amazing family-run estate that made traditional balsamic in Modena, and she found a fantastic villa in Nerano for us to stay. Honeymoon

Luigia was incredible in planning our 3-week Honeymoon to Italy. We provided Luigia with some of the locations we wanted to visit, and she proposed a detailed itinerary of locations with hotels and activities for each city (10 in total). She found hotels that fit our budget and were beautiful to stay at. Her attention to detail is outstanding – ensuring hotels were close to our modes of transportation (e.g., train stations; car rental drop off; water taxi stations); providing clear instructions (with maps) on how to get to hotels and when to leave for travel (e.g., within Italy trains and flights); booking all flights, trains and car rental; finding activities/tours (e.g., a cooking class, archeological sites) that fit our interests and were small group/private.
We were easily able to contact Luigia while in Italy when we had a question about a tour or, for example, a car rental issue we had where Luigia facilitated a refund on our behalf without us having to do a thing.

It was a lucky day when I searched for Travel Agents specializing in Italy and found Luigia. We talked on the phone and I could tell right away that she knew what kind of trip my family and I wanted.
