there was never a question she didnt answer right away. she was so helpful in all my research and even talked to me throughout my vacation to make sure things were running properly! she understood how important this trip was for us and how hard it was to pay for it. she made sure to find us the BEST deal (she found it cheaper than my 2 weeks of research!) that gave us the most experiences we could squeeze in our short trip. after all was paid for and planned a friend asked me if she could tag along, emilee found the same exact deal and booked it so that we could go together. the same times for everything! i dont plan my vacations with agencies, ive always just gotten in the car and windged it from there. this was NOT the kinda vacation i could do that with. emilee saved me so much money and stress. it was perfect

Emilee is so fast to respond, very helpful and gives great suggestions. Our flight due to crew issues was delayed which made our connecting flight miss us, therefore destination and departure postponed 2 days. Emilee quickly jumped on the phone to get our travel credit sooner than expected so we could have somewhat of a spring break. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Emilee keeping in touch.
