Ann did a PERFECT job planning our trip to Ireland! We wanted to touch on the fun cities in Ireland just a little, but spend most of our time in the country. Every single place we stayed was amazing in it's own way. We visited 5 different cities in Ireland and felt like we had the perfect amount of time in each one. All of our travel was seamless, and it never felt like too much going from city to city. Not only did we love all the towns we visited and all the places we stayed, Ann made several suggestions of places to stop along the way. We saw every single thing she mentioned and nothing ever disappointed. Some tours, some landmarks, some just a place to drive for incredible scenery. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect trip!!

Ann helped my family with our recent trip to Orlando and my families first visit to Walt Disney World - she was very knowledgeable in knowing which was the best property for us to stay at, helping set up our character dining experiences and our fast passes. We had a memorable time and the character meals where by far the best way to visit and interact with the characters!

Disney can be a very intimidating and overwhelming experience. Ann took away the stress of planning and made it easy for us to just enjoy our trip. Thank you for all your help!

Ann did a outstanding job on finding an all inclusive resort for us with 4 additional families. She came up with multiple options within our price range, which was really helpful when trying to decide as a group what would work best for everyone. She did a really nice job on keeping us up-to-date on travel arrangements/changes as our departure got closer. All in all, we had a really great time with our friends, and would highly recommend Ann to help you with any travel plans that you might have.

Ann, did all the planning for this trip, and if I summarize my review, I could only say that she did a phenomenal job!!
We had all the places, hotels, tours, and guides that we wanted, pre- arranged though Ann, and on the ground all happened as we had planned, hard to believe we did NOT have any issues as we traveled. We were 5 in our group, my wife, two daughters and one of their friends. We all arrived at different times, and at the beginning we even travel at different hour, but as planned we all came together just fine.
The weather in Cartagena was fabulous, and we knew that back home temps were below zero, making the stay more enjoyable, the city is beautiful , an old Spanish town, walled by the Spaniards, with a huge castle to defend the city it is really a worthwhile place to visit. Ann listened to us every step of the way. When planning our honeymoon I was so overwhelmed searching for a honeymoon resort on my own because there are so many options and I couldn't differentiate one from another. We told her our hopes, vacation dreams, parameters and expectations and she was open to our opinions through the whole process. We were pretty vague to begin with: "somewhere with a great beach and great food", but she helped us choose the perfect resort by sending us options and listening to our feedback until we finally narrowed it down and booked a beautiful honeymoon. She was able to describe the quality of food and beaches, which activities are included, what's nearby and detailed information about resorts through her own experiences and recommendations from other clients. I will send all of my friends her way and use her for our next vacation!

Ann is awesome at determining what type of trip you are looking for and making it happen. I travel frequently, both work and personal, and typically book trips myself because I hadn't found an agent with my attention to detail. No more! Ann is meticulous. Ann Frischmann is a terrific travel agent. I had a loose concept of what I wanted to experience in New Zealand and that was all it took for her to plan and schedule an incredible vacation. If I decide to return to New Zealand, which I hope I can in the future, I will definitely be contacting Ann again. She had plenty of ideas and suggestions and she definitely cares that each client has an experience catered to them. I was a bit nervous getting off the plane, having never used a travel agent before, but as soon as I spoke to the first shuttle driver and he had all my information, I knew I had made the right decision. I could not have asked for a better experience working with Ann from start to finish. We had 5 families traveling together. She listened to our wants and needs and came through!! Our resort was wonderful with no worries! Transportation that she set up was amazing. The Covid virus struck as we were in Mexico. Ann was with us every day! Monitoring our flights and answering any questions we had. We can't thank her enough for all she did!! Going above and beyond for her clients!!! I HIGHLY recommend her and will use her again!

Ann planned a fantastic honeymoon for us! We had a few ideas of what we wanted going in, and right from the start she was able to piece together a perfect itinerary for us that exceeded our expectations. She worked with us to pin down a few details and get everything in order, and the trip worked perfectly. Every shuttle to and from the airport and across to different islands was clear and easy. We had a fantastic trip!

Ann Frischmann was so helpful in planning our England vacation! She gave us many options and we were able to be involved in the process. She booked us with a great tour group, Rabbies, in the English countryside. She utilized great tools such as Umapped which had all of our accommodations and reservations listed. We enjoyed working with her and will use her in the future.

Ann was great! We needed to make some changes after I initially booked the resort to include another family member and she was quick to respond and help make the changes for us immediately. She even included insulared cups for us to use at the resort, they were a big hit! She took away any concerns we had traveling out of the country by making all the transfer shuttles for us. Would highly recommend Ann and will reach again when we book our next big trip.

Ann did an incredible job in talking to us about what we wanted in our trip to Australia/New Zealand. She then put together a great itinerary. We talked on the phone several times to flush some things out before our trip. The trip was perfection! Eleven flights, 42 days, not one glitch! Amazing working with Ann and we'll definitely work with her in the future.

When my husband and I decided on Australia as our destination, we quickly became overwhelmed at all of the options. We contacted Ann, who was an absolute pleasure to work with!!!!
