When I started to plan my bucket-list trip to Florence and Venice I spend a lot of time researching my travel agent options. When problems arose during the trip (my email stopped working!), Meg was there and went the extra mile as a communication hub between me and several vendors. She was very rapidly responsive and thorough in sharing communication with me, and she put in many extra hours of effort good-naturedly and without any complaint.
