Dana helped us find the best deal for our family's Spring Break trip to Mexico. We decided to stay at Dreams Sapphire in Puerto Morales. Dana covered an upgraded Preferred Club room & experience since the regular hotel room w/a swim out we wanted was only available for part of the dates we wanted to stay. We loved the resort and amenities. The food was better than other all inclusives we've stayed at. We also loved the convenient location of the Preferred Club part of the resort, as we were in close proximity to the pool, restaurants, main lobby - everything!! We loved the rooftop preferred pool - only got to use twice since our tween felt they were too old for the Explorers Club.
The only complaints about the resort were:
-The main pool activities were the exact same every day and they blared the same songs. It got old.
- We didn't sleep the entire trip. The the continued loud slamming of doors from other guests and stampeding kids through the hotel hallways kept us awake. Our room was across from housekeeping which also was very loud.
- There is no "teen club" as advertised. Just a video game room and pool table.
Dana also helped us book a day trip to Isla Mujeres, which was our favorite day of the trip. We will be staying here in the future. She checked in on us during our stay to see how things were going, which we appreciated. We will be working with Dana on booking our future travel adventures!

Perfect Spring Break Trip!

Mediterranean Magic

Amazing Girls Trip!

We had a great Girls trip thanks to Dana! She is so great to work with, and always ensures our trips meet desired expectations. We wanted an all-inclusive beach location where we could all be together, in a shared room, with enough beds for 5 people. She found us a great option (Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach).
The resort was beautiful, the Infinite Ocean Front Two Bedroom Master Suite was absolutely amazing (HUGE terrace overlooking the pool and ocean). We had no issues with desired dinner reservations (and food and drink were good). Three large pools and we had VIP (Infinity club) beach service all week. The GEM SPA was by far the top spa we have ever visited (hydrotherapy and massages were amazing)!
We can't wait to book our next adventure for memories of a lifetime! <3

This trip was amazing!!! We were sad to come home. Dana made sure the accommodations were arranged prior to our trip; Therefore, we did not have to worry about a thing and could enjoy it. Dana was amazing in helping us plan and book this vacation, from sending us some options that met our preferences and budget, to finding a deal with some extra bonuses at the resort. She replied to emails right away and was available when we had questions. Dana was AMAZING! I spoke with several travel agents when beginning to plan for our family trip and none seemed quite right. But from my first conversation with Dana, I knew she was the right partner to help make this a trip of a lifetime for our family!
Dana was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, creative, and patient with our many changes. It's not easy coordinating travel for 8 adults living in different parts of the country and departing at different times, but Dana handled it with ease and aplomb.
When one of our party got stuck in Paris, Dana worked tirelessly - during the middle of her night - to find accommodations and alternate travel.
The accommodations, excursions, and English speaking private drivers Dana arranged at each location made the whole trip fun, relaxing and worry-free.
I highly recommend Dana for any of your travel needs and am looking forward to working with her on our next trip!

Dana was amazing!! She coordinated the entire trip, including private transfers with delightful drivers, with ease for our family of 8 adults. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and conscientious. She made sure all of our hotels and excursions were top notch. When one of our party got stuck in Paris overnight, Dana went the extra mile to help her find accommodations during the middle of Dana's night!! Highly recommend. We appreciate your help in planning our trip. It was awesome! Having not traveled out of the country before (besides Mexico) - your advice and transportation organization was so helpful. We didn't have any "panic" moments which I am sure we would have had - had we not used you to help. The travel app is amazing and I never want to travel again without it. So helpful to have all of the information in the same spot!
I loved that our trip had it all - exploring on our own, tours and relaxing. Every day was a new adventure and completely different than the day before! We loved our private boat tour. Definitely worth the upgrade to have it be private. The pizza class was also a favorite - beautiful setting and a fun night activity. I will be in touch when we are ready for another trip.

Seamless Vacation

We have been working with Dana now for six years (6 trips to various places (with kids) in MX and the D.R.). She is great to work with, and works hard to find us what we are looking for within our desired location/budget. She is super easy going, and patient. We never feel pressured at any point of the process, and she sees our booking through until the end. She travels a lot to stay current and has a lot of helpful recommendations based on our desires.
