Danielle helped our family find an awesome resort that felt both luxurious and family-friendly. She worked hard at finding a place the she knew we would like, and she definitely read us well and found it! Our family had an amazing trip, even though it started out one day late as I got sick the morning we had to depart. Danielle helped us through the re-booking process and insurance paperwork when we returned, and it has all been reconciled with much ease. Grateful she was there to walk us through that with her knowledge and care! No looking back as the trip was amazing!

I like not having to worry about trips that involve cruises or land tours and look to Danielle to book them for me. I just returned yesterday from a great Viking River Cruise and am now looking forward to another Viking cruise in March of next year, also arranged for us by Danielle.

Danielle is excellent! She’s very thorough and helps make recommendations as you plan your trip. We unfortunately had our trip impacted by COVID-19 and Danielle was all over getting us our options, helping with reservations that needed to be changed or cancelled and is ready to help us rebook once we can all travel again. I highly recommend working with her, no matter the location of your travels.

Overall, Danielle was phenomenal to work with! For my 30th birthday, I wanted to retreat to the warmth and have some friends and family join. When we got there, there were plenty of unexpected surprises, including wine/glasses in the room, a cake on my actual birthdate, and a nice note from the resort staff. I was so thankful to have Danielle help us twice now with stressful travel situations. Two years ago there was a death in the family while we were traveling out of the country. Danielle was fabulous at dealing with the travel changes. Now she has helped us cancel plans due to COVID19. Huge advantage to have an agent when there are problems rather than deal with it yourself! Our trip to D.R-Punta Cana was what some people might say a dream vacation. We'd like to return.I did not grow up in a luxurious setting, so this trip was an eye-opening experience. The resort is set up for guests to kick back and have literally no worries, be-happy. I was sad to leave. This was a great first - all inclusive experience!

We just returned from the most incredible trip to Italy, and I can’t thank our Danelle enough for making it all so unforgettable! She went above and beyond in every way — planning every detail perfectly, being there for us from start to finish, and making sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy every moment. Every stop was magical! We absolutely loved the castle we stayed in, in Chianti — it felt straight out of a fairytale. The food and wine everywhere were out of this world, and if you go, make sure to try the local dishes — they’re so fresh and flavorful. A boat ride along the Amalfi Coast was breathtaking, and Orvieto stole our hearts with the most beautiful basilica I’ve ever seen. Danelle our travel agent truly made this trip stress-free and full of once-in-a-lifetime memories. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s thoughtful, organized, and genuinely cares about creating an amazing experience.

Everything was smooth from arrival to departure

Our family hosted a Swedish exchange student back in 1982. That was an amazing year. We have continued to keep in touch with her since then and have traveled to Sweden several times to visit Asa and her family. She has been here to Minnesota, as well. This year for my birthday, my husband gave me a trip to London, too see the ABBA show and meeting up with Asa there. We then traveled to Stockholm , Asa’s home, and from there to Mallorca, where Asa has 2 villas in Palma. It was a 2week vacation and we covered all the bases we wanted to visit. Never being rushed or worried because we knew our flights and hotels were in place for us. Danielle did a great job, going above and beyond in our needs. expectations of a travel agent.

Danielle was very helpful in distilling down all of the many resorts in the areas we were considering to ones that would work with our family. We had a few requirements, and she gave us an idea of which would fit, and offered an awesome summary of each resort. We also had to switch the destination of our trip due to flight prices, and she handled that switch easily and provided us with the options that were available at the time.

I highly recommend Danielle. She helped me plan a trip to Ireland; suggesting an itinerary, fun things to do/see, and accommodations that fit my budget. She always returned my emails/call promptly and sent all of our travel docs and confirmations in a bundle a week before our trip. I appreciate her organization and responsiveness. Our original outbound flight was rescheduled and Danielle coordinated booking a new flight and getting a refund for the old one. This alone was a huge help since I dread sitting on hold for airline customer service. Danielle has since helped me book a second trip and I expect it will be just as wonderful.

My husband and I were considering to 2 options and Danielle came back to us in a timely manner to lay out all the facts and dates. She also did a lovely job at sending over to me reminder emails to when our payments were due and was also available to be on the phone to take a payment from me.
Only 1 thing crossed my mind when finalizing our trip details was a train ticket that we needed to buy and didn't seem like Travel Leaders was able to do that b/c of only having access 1 way, so we booked it directly ourselves. Not a big deal, just curious! Anyway, love Danielle and will continue to work with her :)
