Mary Ann is simply the best to work with! She is very detailed oriented and thinks of everything that we may need/want on the vacation. She is so knowledgeable, and responds quickly to questions! I love that she even checks in while you are on your trip to make sure everything is going well, and if there is an unexpected problem, she will step in and help! I would recommend always using Mary Ann to book your vacations! Simply the Best! My kids love to get the pre-trip package from Mary Ann with little surprises and trip details!

We wanted to go to Alaska and she arranged everything for us. Planes, Trains and Ships...also side trips from the cruise. Everything we wanted was set up and all we had to do was show up. It was wonderful...never had anybody do this as well as she did.

I seriously can't begin to tell you how happy that I came across Mary Ann on Facebook... I have recommended her to EVERYONE I know!! Definitely takes the stress out of traveling and with all boys I need the help! She is constantly checking if there is a better price up until I leave for my adventure! Mary Ann made our trip spectacular! First of all, I am a corporate event planner for large scale events, and my attention to detail is extreme; not to mention my expectations. I had every intention of planning our own Disney trip, but on the advice of a friend, I caved and starting searching for a Disney expert. I found Mary Ann on Google, and as it turns out she lives in our city of Broomfield, CO. She IS a Disney expert! She is an amazing planner, wonderful to work with, and exceeded every expectation I had. I wanted a daily itinerary down to the minute, and Mary Ann did just that. We traveled at the busiest time of the year, but Mary Ann knew exactly how to navigate that. She took care of hotel, air, park tickets, itinerary, dining, even our Disney bands and luggage! While we were in the parks, she was pretty much a personal concierge. She made changes literally as we were in line for attractions, successfully got reservations changed and fees waived. She is hired forever!
