Lori chose a great all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta. Snorkeling excursion with Vallarta Adventures she recommended was the favorite for our family.

Lori did a great job coordinating travel for 4 of us traveling together from two different parts of the county. Our trip was originally planned prior to the Covid pandemic and had to be postponed. Lori seamlessly handled everything while keeping us informed and up-to-date. When we were able to travel again, Lori informed us of what information and requirements were now needed. She rebooked our tour group, airline and airport transportation. While we waited to go on our trip, Lori took time to keep us updated on all the changing covid testing requirements ensuring we would not have any surprises during our travels. She also promptly made sure we received all necessary information from our tour company so we could adequately prepare for our trip.

Lori was so patient with all our questions and concerns. Very easy to work with . We added on to my sisters vacation and she was so helpful with arranging all the air and hotel reservations to match their's.

Lori is passionate about what she does- she loves to travel, and loves to help people plan their travels! Her vast travel experience and years spent working in the travel industry show through in her attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions. She was great at taking our interests into consideration while helping us plan our cruise to Alaska and offered great suggestions so that we could make the most of our time and get the most out of our cruise. We took. group of boys here for their senior spring break and it was a great time! It was a perfect resort for prices point, food, entertainment and something for everyone! Parents also had a a great time and the resort and beach were so well maintained. What was the best part was the staff. They make you feel like family and it's hard to leave them!

Enjoyed the trip with a friend of mine. The beach was kept clean along with the pools. Only ate the buffet food & it could have been better but was still nice.

Two years ago my husband and I decided we would take our family on an Alaskan cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in 2025. The group included our adult son and daughter, their spouses and our three grandchildren—ages 12, 10 and 9. (Our son and his family live in Philly; the rest of us in Minneapolis.) None of us had ever been on a cruise. We worked with Lori from the get-go to plan a 10-day cruise/land tour with Princess cruise lines. As soon as the 2025 bookings for the Sapphire Princess became available, Lori selected and booked the best staterooms on the ship for us, which included a family suite and two mini-suites. The trip involved a cruise from Vancouver into Glacier Bay with stops in Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway, and then a domed train ride into Denali Park. There is NO WAY we could have planned and organized the logistics of a multi-generational 9-person Alaskan expedition without Lori’s guidance. Lori helped myself and extended family put together an Alaskan Cruise in May of 2025. For many of us, it was our first time on a cruise. Lori helped us get rooms near each other and walked us through any questions we had. When we decided to travel this year, I thought I would set it up all on my own. I can do this right? I found that there were so many things that I needed to research and consider. I eventually chose to go to Travel leaders and was placed with Lori Gartner. From that point on, planning was seamless. She found us a deal at the resort we were interested in and took care of everything. Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond and made sure I understood what to do. This was an adventure cruise with 22 people to unpredictable Alaska. Lori’s attention to detail, fine tuning of so many logistical details, all came together perfectly.

Using a travel agent is no doubt the best way to travel. Lori was such an informative, helpful, and resourceful person. Every single detail from planning our trip a year in advance was taken care of. She is very attentive to the big and small details, the best pricing, the best deals, airlines , updates, etc. If you are going to use a travel agent you can trust in Lori whole heartedly.

Lori arranged an excellent 6 day sunny spring break vacation for my husband and I along with our two good friends. She listened to all of our requests regarding ocean front rooms, location of resort, and price range. After talking with Lori, she provided us with three different options and we made our selection. We decided to try an adults only all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which was wonderful! The food, service, and the optional excursions were all top notch. The transportation vouchers she provided made traveling go smoothly. This is our third trip using Gartner Travel, and we were pleased with her ideas and suggestions and are already thinking about our next vacation!
