I recently had the sheer pleasure of sailing to Alaska on board the Silver Muse. My overall experience was far beyond my expectations, starting with my stateroom (350 sq. ft.) with private balcony (65 sq. ft.), personal butler, eight diverse dining venues, complimentary premium beverages in my suite and throughout the ship, expert tours guides; authentic comfort served up with a lavender pillow, personal robe, and slippers. I found the service to be unobtrusive and I was attentively cared for each day!
What impressed me the most was how intuitive the staff was to my every need and the truly all-inclusive programming of Silversea. Silversea delivers! Equally as important, based on Cruise Specialists clients experiences their service is consistent across their fleet.

I don't remember how many years Teresa has been my agent. I am very happy to have her as my agent. She has been very good at handling the many emails I send her and taking care of the bookings we make for our cruises with Holland America. We usually book our cruises on the ship and then Teresa takes it from there to make sure we receive our invoices from HAL and Cruise Specialists. She also handles the payments we make for our cruises and sends us updated invoices so we can keep track of our balance due. I not only consider her my agent, but also my friend.

Just returned from 3 weeks with Viking magnificent Mekon River land/cruise. Teresa was attentive to all our planning details from air reservations, to vaccination advice, acquiring visas and what to expect with all the logistics of the trip. The Viking guide was Thurman was attentive to every detail and extremely knowledgeable. The hotel accommodations were 5 star and the Viking Saigon River boat is spacious, comfortable with 5 star staff. A seamlessly planned and executed memorable trip. Teresa was excellent in every way concerning all the details involving the booking of three verandah cabins in an ideal location. The short trip was was both a celebration for our 50th anniversary and a birthday celebration for our 10-year-old twin granddaughters. Wonderful Itinerary

I got to see many ports that I had visited several times before as well as many new ports for the first time. I also got a new country in Kiribati {Fanning Islands} making it my 114th country. It was great weather and I never got rained on. The seas were calm for the most part and the weather nice.

Perfect trip from Portugal to England

Teresa understands how we like to travel and always gets us the best available accommodations. Our hotel for pre trip in Lisbon was very comfy and the staff was so welcoming. They called us by name from the moment we got out of the taxi. Our Oceania cruise was nice although we think there was alit of new staff and in training. And we think the food quality has diminished since we were on this ship two years ago. But we enjoyed the ports.

Something different for us

The cruise was on Viking yet the ship is Chinese owned. This created many problems for us. On problem was that the ship used Chinese internet and my android phone was therefore useless. No text, email or browsing. Since this was our first Viking we were unaware of losing our expected transfer airport to cruise terminal. This led to some significant expense and difficulty.

Great European River Cruise

A couple of recommendations that Teresa made were great!! Get near the middle of the ship (Viking River ship, we were the closest room to the center and all events, strm 301) and get a 3rd level (top) room. With all of the locks that you go through in 15 days (67 of them) the top floor has the best view and is blocked visually the least. Note: The Viking crew said that about 40% of their 15 day river cruises get bused around low water levels to another ship, so go when the water levels have highest chance of high. Wonderful Crew and fun ship. Limited activities on the ship including 5 straight days when "Sun Deck" (top) is closed due to low bridges.
