Amanda was probably the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She was there every step of the way. We originally had our trip booked for November but had to move it to December. Amanda helped my family with switching dates. She spent hours on the phone with Carnival to make sure we were taken cared of. Any paperwork that needed to be filled out or tasks that needed to be completed from the time the cruise was booked to our sail date, Amanda was there. Amanda went overboard and made goodie bags for us that included snacks, luggage tags and other important information. The day of the cruise, Amanda called to make sure we were good which was another great touch of customer service. Unfortunately, after arriving at the port, my shipmate was missing specific documentation that caused us not to board the ship. I immediately called Amanda and she provided us guidance on next steps to start a claim for a refund. Then she went over and beyond to spend hours on the phone to actually process the claim. Although, the trip itself didnt end the way I wanted, Amanda provided top notch service from day 1.
