Karen was excellent to work with! She only needed a few details from us & then put together the best trip! She is very thorough & provides step by step instructions from what you need to do before the trip , during the trip , & after. (& for people who need all the information like myself, this was incredibly helpful) Karen was always just a text or email away if we ever had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be using her in the future!

We flew to Hawaii then boarded the Pride of America ship with Norwegian cruise line. We stopped at 4 different islands on our week long tour. That was the best way I believe to see several islands in one trip. We didn’t have to worry about lodging or food because we had the ship. Lots of excursions were offered and beautiful scenery everywhere we went. The people were friendly and helpful. I’d do it again with my family.

Karen sent us all of our information very organized and was clear with everything that we would need while traveling! It made our trip so relaxing!

Karen has planned several trips for our family. This includes Disney, Universal, All-Inclusive getaways, Caribbean Cruises, a European cruise and 2 trips to Mexico. Her knowledge, professionalism, courteousness and attention to detail are top notch. I turn to her for all of my travel needs. Not only does she book the trip, but she also helps plan excursions, lines up transfers and transportation needs, is in contact on the day or evening before travel, is available during the trip and follows up when it is time to return. Our family is so thankful for the wonderful adventures we have been able to go on with Karen's planning and expertise. In fact, my husband and I have a Rhine River cruise planned with her in April. I have no doubt I will have everything I need for another exciting adventure!!
