There’s no doubt that Gillian Chatman is a people person, and it just so happens that she loves to talk about travel. Why? Because travel makes her happy on a personal level, and she delights in helping others see the world in new and exciting ways.

Gillian’s specialty as a travel agent is in group destinations, facilitating both cruise and land bookings based on client needs. As a former wedding coordinator, Gillian naturally excels in destination weddings. She points out that her husband is a professional photographer, primarily for weddings, which furthers her natural proclivities toward group and special-occasion journeys.

As a mother to a blended family of seven children ranging from ages 11 to 31, Gillian thrives as an organizer and problem solver – which serves her well as a travel agent. No challenge is too big or small for this dynamo from Katy, Texas.

This agent’s varied life experience informs her travel perspective, having been born in Trinidad and Tobago and moving to the United States at the age of five to live in New York, Florida, Pittsburgh and, finally, Texas. Frequent travel to the Caribbean and South America hones her expertise in these destinations.

Gillian is affiliated with the Chatman Destinations agency and holds certifications with organizations such as the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), Royal Caribbean, Palladium Hotel Group and Disney Resorts.
