Shana went above and beyond to help with my trip planning. She made great suggestions and helped me out when I got stuck on things. She was even able to squeeze in another family member at the last minute and matched their plans to ours for us.

She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions during the planning process. She was able to get us every fastpass and dining reservation we requested and handled all the details for our stroller rental, etc. It really made it easy for me to just enjoy the trip with my family!

I don't know what we have done without the guidance provided by Shana during our son's honeymoon covid debacle. Shana is AMAZING! I reached out to her with less than a two month window for when we wanted to take our first family Disney trip, and she made it all happen! I have not visited Disney since I was a child, so Shana took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know (which was a lot!).
