I don't know what we have done without the guidance provided by Shana during our son's honeymoon covid debacle. Shana is AMAZING! I reached out to her with less than a two month window for when we wanted to take our first family Disney trip, and she made it all happen! I have not visited Disney since I was a child, so Shana took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know (which was a lot!). She had great recommendations and managed to secure all of our preferred dining and fast passes. I often emailed Shana on weekends and at night when I had a chance to sit and focus on the trip. She always got back with me, no matter the time, which I certainly did not expect since it was often after normal working hours. I haven’t been to Disney in over 25 years and I have never taken my daughter to Disney until now. I was referred to Shana by a friend and he told me she was the best. I was nervous because I never even knew what a Fast Pass was or how to use the Dining Plan. My goal was to make the trip for my ten year old daughter not only special-but perfect. Shana was amazing!!! Not only did she answer my numerous emails and questions, she planned every little detail for us, got us on the best rides, and made the trip truly magical! No words can express how much we appreciated everything Shana did! We haven't been to Disney World in 18 years and everything has changed so much.
