Greetings! My name is Shana Reed and I have been selling travel since May 2013. My specialties are Disney Destinations, Universal, and the Caribbean! I am also a Silver Certified Sandals Specialist and can assist you with your All Inclusive vacations and cruises! I love to help busy families make their travel wishes come true! It makes me very happy when my clients come back and tell me they had the best vacation ever! They send me pictures of their children's first time and it warms my heart. It also makes me happy to see the child come out in every adult. I had one grandmother take her entire family on a Disney Cruise. When she came home, she told me that she got to meet her favorite princess, Snow White. She said she was so excited she had tears in her eyes, and then tears starting filling my eyes. Then she said she told Snow White that it was not fair that they were the same age and Snow White had not aged a bit, in which turned my tears into laughter. This is truly my dream job and I am so thankful to have found my passion. I get to know you and your family- no need to call an #800! Each time you contact me, I know who are you. I assist the novice guest who has never been to a Disney Destination all the way to the "pro" Disney fan. I add value to every vacation package I touch by monitoring for future discounts, helping with Dining and the new Genie+ system, and everywhere in between. I am not only a travel agent, but I am the President and Managing Director of Magical Wishes Travel. We are accredited by IATAN (International Association of Travel Agents Network) and CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). We are EarMarked by Disney Destinations which is a huge accomplishment for our entire agency. Disney’s EarMarked Program is reserved for agencies that meet strict qualifications, including knowledge of Disney Destinations, up to date agent training, time in business, and a proven sales record. We are also U-Preferred by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations and a Sandals Preferred Agency! These programs recognizes the efforts of select, top-performing travel agencies. I was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama. I graduated Jacksonville State University with Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2007. I married my Prince Charming in October 2010. He is my travel partner and best friend. And YES, we honeymooned in Walt Disney World. I call it our "Disneymoon." We had the most magical vacation and stayed at Disney's flagship, The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

I became a Disney lover myself at the very young age of 5. Since then, I have been to Walt Disney World so many times I have lost count. I have visited Disneyland several times, have been on all 5 Disney Cruise ships, and even visited Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I have visited Universal Orlando Resort many times as well! I also have extensive knowledge on special Adventures by Disney bucket list vacations all over the world! I traveled with Adventures by Disney on the Danube River July 2023!

I have personally visited the islands of Jamaica, the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Grenada. It's a joy to help couples plan special honeymoon vacations as well as anniversary trips!
