Our room, at first sight was a shocker, but grew on me as I was only in there to sleep anyway. The room was pretty small. You open the door and boom there was your whole room. To the right of stepping into the door was a TV, bar fridge and a small shrank that had a safe. The bed, straight ahead of you as you stepped in the door, that seemed a little bigger then a double, a couple of night stands, a couch, that we used for our luggage bags as there was no other room for them, to the left of the couch was a sink and counter space and a closed in bathroom. I guess I was expecting a regular type of room. To me it was more of a room like a dorm. But as I said it turned out okay as I was just in there to sleep.
On that note, no real issues with our room.
AS far as the other issues, you would have heard from the others, so I won't go into them.
We had fun, spent family time together and found a favourite coffee shop hang out.

Cara is excellent to work with for arranging flights, rooms(specifically asking for rooms close by fellow travelers and room locations at the resort). She replies to questions even when sent to her in her off times and notifies us of any changes to the itinerary.

A Group Holiday!

Cara organized a group trip for us (we came a different province than the rest) to the Puerto Vallarta area. We were so happy with the flights and hotel. Cara was very prompt and helpful answering any questions or concerns we had. She also had some excellent tips and tricks to incorporate into our vacation which were very helpful and time saving. She is well versed in all the health insurance information and had excellent recommendations for us. We look forward to booking our next trip with Cara!

Worst flights ever.

There was an extreme snow storm in Toronto that caused us to be stuck in Cancun for an extra 2 days. Sunwing/Nexus knew nothing about shuttles, times and hotel changes. If it wasn't for Carla sitting on hold for 8 hours on 2 different phones we would've been so lost and confused!. She was constantly checking in on us to see that we were where we needed to be, she helped naviagate the sunwing complaints, she even helped me navigate another flight cancellation even though it wasnt booked through her! She was amazing!. I will be using her for all my trips going forward.

It was so easy working with Cara. My partner and I are both new to traveling in our early 20s and we were lost planning before we met Cara. She made this trip a breeze. We were supposed to go with another couple she had everything ready for the 4 of us, when the other 2 couldn’t end up making it she had backup trips just for my partner and I. All the trips she showed was designed and suited to exactly what we were looking for in our vacation. Save your time browsing through websites and other travel apps and send Cara an email. I cant say enough good things. She is the best. Takes all the stress and hassle out of dealing with westjet. We have dealt with her for several years now and so happy we went from booking our own vacations to using her. Like I said we all know how aggravating it can be to contact the airlines and the few times we had to was a nightmare. When things came up she takes care of everything.
