I traveled to Iceland with my best friend as a travel leader of one of Konstantin's Iceland group excursions (but to be honest I did no leading at all because everything had already been done for me by Konstantin and BNT). Everything was planned out by the minute, organized, and allowed for a sufficient amount of free time. It was an absolutely unforgettable trip and makes me miss Iceland every day!!!

Unforgettable trip

This trip was absolutely amazing and I could not have completed it myself. Konstantin has made it so much easier to travel. I was persistent with many questions but he helped effortlessly and was more than happy to answer all of them. This trip would be difficult to plan on my own due to the amount of sights to see and ways to fill the day, but the planning was taken off my shoulders for me to enjoy. Many thanks to Konstantin and his team, who well planned our trip we just came from!
Our two weeks tour to India ranks high among our all-time favorite holidays, with the perfect blend of culture, history, uniqueness, and of course, the most delicious food ever.
All hotels were perfectly chosen based on our budget and preferences. Transfers and excursions were always on time.

Great Service like we all deserve

Konstantin and Brand New Travel have been helping me with international flights for well over a decade now and I have always received excellent service. I'm sure I've flown more than 10 times, my family included, to both Europe and South America. He's always given me options in pricing between airlines, and when he can he includes customer satisfaction reports for the different airlines. I lead a busy life with my business, and so when I do need this kind of service I can't waste time making appointments to go to someone's office and wait my turn. I can email or call Konstantin and give him the dates I want to travel and he gets me answers and prices very fast, usually within a day. The very few problems I've encountered in flying were airline troubles along the way and nothing connected to the information or reservations I received from BNT. I am certain I will continue to use Konstantin for future travel, and I appreciate his help.

While airlines, hotels, and online agencies like expedia are telling you not to call them, because they can’t handle such volume of calls due to coronavirus crisis, and in some cases disconnecting you after hours on hold, consumers like me and my family who used traditional travel agent are not only getting advice, we're getting rescued. Our Destination Wedding

We got married about a year ago at the Beaches in Turks & Caicos and had our honeymoon in Sandals Royal Bahamas a week later. Constantine and his team started working with us a year before we got married. I can't say enough good things about him, his dedicated team or Beaches or even Sandals. Constantine took care of all of the planning of the trip! We did a test drive a year before the wedding. He put a get together for my entire family so they could all book at the same time. There were thousands of questions and request. My entire family LOVED him and everyone was extremely happy. Beaches was perfect because we had the family and kids and it was beautiful!!! The staff was so accommodating. I swear I never thought a wedding was supposed to be that smooth and stress free. Sandals in Bahamas was so relaxing and fun. We had the best of both worlds. Couldn't ask for more. Great service. Any questions or requests were answered or sorted out in a timely manner. No hidden fees. We able to pay the amount owing off up until the final amount is due. Which does help so you don't have a big payment at end.
I've found BNT honest and have dealt with them a number of times and will use them again in the future.

I was worried about planning a trip, but you took the stress away and helped create a wonderful travel experience. The hotels were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day.
