In the past, we would become so overwhelmed planning a vacation. Literally, you look online at different travel sites, compare the prices, read reviews.... it just took SO much time. That occurred until we found Cathy Bancino!! She is a TRUE GEM because she has traveled extensively and therefore, is extremely aware of the BEST and MOST BEAUTIFUL places to travel!! You can provide her with a budget and she will recommend a destination or if you have a destination in mind, she will present you with the best choices of resorts, etc. Cathy has become my families personal travel agent because she does it all; from the initial booking to keeping us up to date on flight changes - she has even surprised us with upgrades (that never cost us an extra dime) due to her partnerships with various hotel chains. Cathy is a seasoned professional who displays a natural charm and charisma - she totally cares about her clients and provides them with a methodical, organized travel planning experience!!

My wife and I had an opportunity to travel to Switzerland very inexpensively provided for us by a friend. We decided to see some other cities and countries as long as we were making the trip so I asked Cathy to fill in the blanks for us -- one-way airfare, car rental, hotels -- we needed everything. Cathy Bancino has not only been an exemplary travel agent but she has been a part of our family for many years now. She has helped us "see the world" with many trips, most recently a long awaited ( on the bucket list for almost 30 years) trip to Africa, with our family of 10. We worked on this trip for 2 years, as with family from CA, WI and MI, it was not an easy feat. The day finally came, with everyone giddy with excitement, and the airlines cancelled our flights after we all had started our flights. Just as we thought our dream vacation was not going to happen, in steps Cathy. To say she saved the day, is an understatement. Cathy was on conference calls with United and our family, working out what few options we had. She walked us through every step, (on her day off no less), set up little surprises at each destination and tracked our flights both going and coming back. She is presently helping with insurance claims and has already dealt with United for our seat upgrade refunds. It goes without saying, amongst the many tears to start with, that without her guidance and perseverance we would not have had the absolutely best trip of our lives!
I have referred many friends and family to Cathy as she understands exactly what everyone looks for in a vacation. We tend to go on the "road less traveled" and she has helped us do that in Iceland, Germany, Switzerland, Poland , Austria, Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands, just to name a few.
As part of the Witte family, you are very blessed to have Cathy. The Wolschleger family certainly love her and are blessed to have that rare friendship with a very special lady.

Mother/Daughter Amazing Vacation!

Cathy always goes above and beyond to coordinate our trips from different cities to an amazing resort . This year with all the flight cancelations we really needed her help. My flight out was canceled and Cathy found me another flight and I was still able to meet up with my daughter at the airport in Jamaica. She took care of canceling my flight that the airline tried to substitute. When I returned she was able to get a refund for the flight that was canceled. My daughter and I had an amazing time together, thanks to Cathy fortaking care of all the stress.
